The owner of Trax at 13:30 is absolutely authentic and right about sales people. Your word is your bond and you treat everyone you meet with absolute respect. I treated my customers for over 40 years the same way and that is how I successfully built a repeat customer base. Not sure if the interns understand the importance of the message from Trax, but they should go back and listen to the message and internalize it.

Good part about Trax’s threat to his employees: Trax couldn’t beat his way out of a wet paper bag. Bad News: Trax is lethal with his words and could destroy an employee mentally and maybe spiritually 😂
Yeah Kevin has definitely been a disappointment so far. None of what he stated in his interview has come to fruition in what he presents or how he goes about his work.
