I'm really loving this ' Loves Me Loves Me Not ' rose . I have seen it available but this shows me what a perfect form it has . I'm going to search for it now .
I will be re-watching this video of your stunning roses while I’m in the hospital for weeks with a Bone Marrow Transplant. In fact I’ll be watching several of the videos of your beautiful gardens. Thank you for making these available. Your gardens are beautiful 😍
@@summermoongarden what fertilizer did you say you use when you were showing us that particular variety of rose? Did you call it Max C? I recently put fish emulsion on mine which created a lot of blooms but they're so small. I want BIG blooms! Lol! Then again it is August in Central Florida so maybe it's die to tbe heat. I'm just getting into gardening so my roses are in containers for now. I plan on creating many garden spaces all over my yard to put them in the ground.
I think this is my first time seeing your garden of roses and I like your video and the variety of roses you have chosen except I have not seen many red roses maybe some red also but my message is premature because I haven't watched the full video but if I don't share my message now I will forget. Lol I believe the short trailing rose you said was already there is ' Happy Trails ' . I hope this information helps I know how hard it is to see a picture of a rose and tell just how they look in person . I have offered my opinion to many sellers that having many different pictures of the plants helps make someone's choice easier because we buy with our eyes . Also the more pictures available give a better impression of how these plants will grow and look in the garden as well as size and scale. Thank you so much and now I'm continuing with your videos.
oh this makes me so happy, and a bird landed in the rosebushes, I love it, thank you so much for sharing. its rainy on this winter day and this brings me joy
I'm a guy but i really love roses. Could you advice me which one to choose among David Austin, Heirloom roses or other types of roses that is more resistant to diseases, dark spots, fungus, aphids, powdery mildew etc. I would love to see roses that have long lasting frangrance and flower that will not easily fall after few days. Kindly advice me which one to choose from?
Thank you, absolutely beautiful garden Yourself and your wife are a great team and your use of natural and unusual objects make a very interesting space work. Enjoy your magical garden. 🎉🎉🎉
Ohhh the generous gardener is beautiful. Appreciated the close up shot, I’m looking forward to enjoying mine. Just a stunning garden that is just so inspiring! Thank you, Lauren.
Truely stunning roses. Amazing choice of roses in your beautiful garden. Princess Charlene de Monaco rose is my favourite rose in my garden too. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful video of lovely roses.
Hi from belfast . I'm getting loads buds from the sweet honey rose I bought last year after your recommended top 3 fav roses. Looking forward to seeing your roses in bloom and choosing ur fav
I love seeing how you WIPs from last year are looking so far this year. Each season is like unwrapping a new gift seeing how everything is maturing, isn't it? This year I'm trying my hand at growing annuals from seed for the first time. I've been a little overprotective of the little babies and learning how resilient plants can be, or so fragile. I love all the varieties of roses you grow. I'm the kind of person who would have just about every variety if I could.
Great tour of your lovely garden, enjoyed the tour! Gorgeous roses , love the colours too! Betty Corning looks fantastic! Your pink roses next to it , are so gorgeous too! Thanks for sharing and happy growing.
i absolutely love your garden roses... I just can't grown these where I live on zone 4... i love watching them though. thanks for sharing healthy growing roses.

Hi you have a wonderful collection and they are all looking great, may I ask if you remove the dying leave and the leaves that are dropping on the ground under the rose? I don’t have enough time to do it, I’m worry if it’s going to make the future rose not healthy.
I’ve been wait for the grand rose garden tour….never disappoints. I, too, have ordered roses from Amazon, all have arrived healthy and are now thriving in my front garden. That rose in the front yard that was already there when you arrived looks like a rosa woodsii, a wild, very hardy rose
Greeting's from Ireland, Great video and a beautiful garden, We have one very old peony rose no thorns great we get along. My mother is eighty seven and she has lots of the thorny ones which are dangerous. I call down every weekend to do jobs around her flower beds, when I weed around them they get me every time, there have been times where I thought I would end up in A&E. My mother tells me to wear gloves but I've never worn gloves when I garden so I get what I deserve.
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful garden. Been watching your videos for the last few days and has brought me so much joy watching you delight in each rose. Looking forward to more blooms and good luck with "Courage".👧🤞
Sweet Mademoiselle is one of my favorites in my garden too. She holds up to the heat & wind in hot 9a California, the scent is amazing and she is sooo easy and healthy! Flowers continually and the color changes to more intense spring and late fall into early winter.
The pool area looks stunning with your Félicité et Perpétue and the blue pots in the front with the pink annuals. Betty Corning is on my wishlist now.❤
I think plum perfect & crazy love would be great additions to your lovely garden & hellebores for your shaded areas. Thanks for the tour! I shared in a rose group💐 new subscriber here 👋🏻 just saw on your other video you have the hellebores 😀
So gorgeous !! Beautiful garden you have there !! Your Pomponella is HUGE. I got one because I saw yours in 2022 😃but according to Kordes it's supposed to be 2'x2'🤔. I put it in a pot anyway and so lovely.
I start off by making raised beds with a soil mix I get from our local landscapers. It has compost/sand/and other stuff in it-called landscapers mix. Then I use Max Sea fertilizer which you can find on Amazon!
Your Ancient Mariner is stunning. Here in Florida mine is an extremely stingy bloomer. Mine in 2 years old hadn't given me even 10 blooms. It looks more like Heritage. I'm thinking about giving mine away. My yard is tiny so I need good bloomers.

Just beautiful!! You have a lot of roses and other flowers. Wow! I'm blowing a way how many you have!! Do you have time to cut them down after they bloom, or you just let them grow and do whatever they want?..😊
I gotta really agree with you on the Sweet Mademoiselle rose. She's a real beauty and such a vigorous grower. I love her so much, one of my best performers!!!! I seen another girl on TH-cam, she was feeding her roses the Max Sea by sprinkling around the plant, just as you did. I thought of trying this but I got scared, I wasn't sure how much to give each plant. But dang, after seeing yours. I need to try this. How much do you use for 1 bush??? Your garden of roses is truly magical!!🤩
I’m not sure how much exactly I threw down under each rose bush…I used a little baby flower pot…maybe it holds 1/4 cup? Yeah I used that under each rose….probably waaayyy too much fertilizer but they really like it…lol! I was too lazy to use my fertilizer tank this spring!

Awesome Tour and gorgeous roses. What’s the name of the blue salvia in the front new bed. Looks so vibrant. How many hours of sun do you get in the backyard rose garden? They look great for part sun location. Great job!
Do you treat the black spot on yours since you try not to spray? I noticed it looks like some of yours have black spot and was wondering how you keep it from spreading?

My question is, do you have any issues with disease if they are planted too close together? In my new rose bed, some are 24" apart but some are 15" apart.
Your roses are stunning!!! Does your Generous Gardner ever put out all white roses? I purchased what I thought was one but it’s only giving white blooms and DA said it could be my climate. Just curious if you might’ve seen that in your rose in the first year?
I have many of the same roses… what do you do when it rains non stop to stop the canes from breaking under the weight? My EA does terrible in our Georgia heat/sun, shes happy on my covered back porch.💐 Z8
