Read your comment and just can’t believe how ignorant you and most are! They are really a nightmare on the community! What they are doing is making it difficult for locals to be able to live there daily. Bringing to light their community, is enticing tourists, yeah which is good but due to the influx of people now coming in, shops and restaurants raise their prices to profit from the influx, but the locals end up paying the price as well! And judging by what the town looks like, I hardly believe they can afford much! So think before you speak! These two are nauseating and so fake! And look into their past, to find out who they really are!!
So you erase my last message, because you don’t want people to know what you are really are doing! You two are causes the locals who live there to have to pay higher prices, as your opening the doors to foreigners to go there, in turn having shops and restaurants jacking their prices up to gauge the tourists, and the locals as well!! Sara and Luca! You are fakes and portray a phony life style! Instead of taking care of Lucas health as he almost died, you go and buy more property and renovations so he could work more! Sara has serious control issues. And Luca just a yes man! And the child a brat!
It is so wonderful to see these ancient traditions carried on by the next generation ...like a golden thread binding everyone together in a beautiful and respectful culture of life and family. 💜💗🤎❤🔥🙏
It’s good you started with grey for the kitchen tiles because grey is the base color to use to cover any color and then paint the color of your choice. You are such a positive couple, it’s a joy to follow your ‘adventures’.
Love Luces liveliness. I think you made a good choice to paint the tiles. The kitchen looks much brighter and more spacious. The Reed ceilings will look great. I live in a rural area in South Africa where it's used a lot. Look forward to next week's episode. Love you all.❤
So glad Sicily is keeping its culture, while so many others are having theirs eroded. Love your home, and the scenery is spectacular, wish I was young enough to do this again.
It warms my heart to see so many people celebrating in the village. There's still a sense of community that goes beyond the day today, but continues traditions that are probably hundreds of years old. Luce is such a lucky girl! All three of you are so cute!! 🥰
Are all the parade participants local? If so, that is a lot of localized talent! Thanks for sharing all that, as it is great to see the community cohesiveness. Kitchen is going to be so unique. I appreciate your efforts to stay true to the era as much as you can. Little Miss is just adorable and you are doing a great job with her. Clean energy your way for everyone's health!
@@itsnancytimeitsnancytime8317 Living in Spain, these village events tend to be organized and attended by local families; oftentimes 2-3 generations. Depending on the size, location and wider popularity, neighboring residents might attend. In the mix there might be expats and tourists. What I love is that many of these traditions have been happening for hundreds of years and the reason is that they do the event the same way each time and they include the children in the preparations and celebration (hence the multi-generational aspect). In the US, small towns are similar but in general, not based on a religious or pagan tradition and oftentimes there's a hint of "how can we top last year". There's a magic to observing these antique traditions as they are today. It's like stepping back in time. Most of all, the collective joy is contagious. Moving my daughter and I out of the US has been the best choice I've ever made. It warms my heart to watch this very special, young Italian family essentially return to their roots which in turn, helps keep history (and their village) alive!
There are many communities in America that celebrate traditional Catholic feast-days ...you just have to look for them. Polish, Irish, Spanish/Mexican communities come to mind ...once in California I went to a celebration of the return of the birds/swallows to Capistrano ...very beautiful. There is even a song about it. Also I've been to many Greek festivals, and Lebanese Christian festivals. PS. Pray for the Christians of the Middle East!
@@kindlydude True -- we had Greek, Portuguese, Mexican, Salvadoran, Asian, South Asian, etc. events in CA but we find them completely different -- disconnected and even segregated from the overall community (even with a lot of marketing). Celebrations in many European cities, towns and villages (particularly in the more traditional areas around the Mediterranean) explode with festivity -- old and young prepare together (sometimes all year long), they organize and socialize as one community, regardless of race, religion, color orientation or heritage. It's just simpler and more unified here and hard to explain if you haven't lived it. A native of CA, one of the most diverse states in the union, there are lots of "cultural events" and patriotic celebrations, but in where we live now, well, it's an entirely different thing -- and a different feeling. Even onlookers belong. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter where we are; we can celebrate, be communal and proud, but I do encourage anyone who is able to get out and see how other people live!
I know, RIGHT!! ✨🕊️✨💖✨🙏✨ Love that you guys get to live your Best Life!! Thank you for continuing to share your journey with us!! I would love to visit your village again one day!!
It’s so lovely to see the festivals in your village! The kitchen is in no way a makeover fail! It’s going to look amazing, and having plain coloured tiles will make the richness of the floor colour sing!
The Saint Days may be a little noisy but it is good to see so many people still support such traditions. Seeing such a large band, and so many young people is encouraging that your village and its area is not so bereft of local families as many other villages are. Thanks for showing us a little of traditional Scicilian life as well as your own progresses.
What a beautiful kitchen transformation. It’s coming along so well. I love how the cats know when Luce is around as they swarm around waiting for her to come visit and feed them ❤.
Sara, you are amazing. Even pregnant, you forge ahead and work so hard to finish your Sicilian home. There are no words to express my respect and admiration for your amazing family. God bless you!❤
Good day to my beautiful people, Luca, Sara and georgious little Luce. Thank you for sharing you plans with us. Enjoy the cats and kittens, you cute little lady. Love you all. Bi bi 😊❤❤❤❤
To those viewers that ask how you can live with these renovations, tell them to go back and watch when you were in the old camper. You guys can do anything! ❤❤❤
I like your curtains. When I was small I use to wake up early before most everyone else and stand on my balcony and say “good morning world” or “good morning people” like your beautiful daughter.
Every Sunday the notification pops up & i know Luca Sara & Luce will invite me into their wonderful life in Sicily. Sharing the real essence of your home & village brings a sense of knowing you all , you are no longer strangers more like family we havent met. Cant believe how cute Luce is her anticipation of Luca's introduction is adorable. You are bringing her up in the most amazing way, she is unspoilt yet loved so much, surrounded by the security of loving parents in a strong relationship & she is being given values of trust, loving nature, allowed to grow in her own unique way. What a priceless gift & your new baby daughter has a perfect role model in Luce as an older sister to be guided by. God bless you all & Sara you look amazing & thank God are keeping very well through your Pregnancy.. Luca always strong capable & a wonderful husband & father 🏡🦋💖🐈
Your enthusiasm is totally contagious! I am so happy to see you guys every Sunday morning sitting in my kitchen, drinking my coffee and wanting to start my life all over again and do so many things what I haven't had a chance to do. No wonder that you are a magnet for courageous people to move to Sicily, to your town and enjoy life to the fullest! ❤from 🇨🇦
I come to watch the journey with this home, I stay for the “good morning people”. I need to learn Italian, just to understand what that beautiful lil girl is saying! ❤❤
The curtain is BEAUTIFUL! Your hard work and perseverance has paid off! It was nice to see the tiles painted, sometimes you just have to move on and change is fine.❤️❤️ You are doing a super job!
Good morning from very wet rainy Scotland it been pouring for about a week and windy we had no summer poor sunflower and plants hope we have some sun in autumn 🌞🌹🏴🧚🏼♀️
Papa and I have just set through 6 episodes to get to the one today. We are so impressed with the determination and will your family has for making your village a wonderful place to live. We are both southerners, live 11 miles from the Gulf and would love to buy a house in your village. We would need a flat road and a ground floor apt. or house. Can you make that happen for us? We have been married 50 years, have 3 daughters 7 grown grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren over the age of 5. We have fallen in love with Lucia ,she is adorable.. We love y'all! Ciao
Every week I am amazed at your resilience & dedication to providing Luce and soon to be new baby sister a life full of love, experience & healthy growing up. Love seeing the traditions. Traditions bring stability and comfort to a culture. Little Luce will grow up to be a confident leader in our world. Wishing I lived in Italy! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You might be very busy Sara but you are blooming in your pregnancy, you look amazing. Luce is so adorable, love how the cats come to visit. We go to Amalfi coast every year and love the festivals, it is so lovely and very moving ❤. Xx
Thanks for the video luca and Sarah you don't have to apologize for the mess luce must play with her toys and it is normal when you have kids luce is getting so cute and clever 😊😊😊
Chow (American spelling :) Very colorful and festive celebrations.I wouldn't mind the noise at all. I love a parade. Luce helping Mom hang clothes. So cute. Anxious to find out what the huge surprise is next week! Take care!
Good Morning beautiful Family. Made my day seeing you all celebrating in your ancient town. Luce is so happy. I love watching her grow . Can’t wait to see the video on how you brought people to your town . How exciting for everyone involved.
I am glad to see your family is doing well. I was telling my neurologist about you and he explained that Duke Health (Duke University Hospital) has a specialty group dedicated to CSF patients who have not had success with traditional blood patches. I was lucky that my blood patches worked, but some people don’t have a pinpoint leak, but rather a tear. Duke is rated no. 1 for CSF leaks, especially those that have not responded to traditional treatments. They have a terrific team for international patients too! Good luck!
The traditions!!!! Love it!!! Thank you so much for sharing this! It's so awesome that Luce gets to see all the festivities! I love how the cats hear your voices and know that's where the food comes from! So adorable! Ciao People!!!
I realy love that all town became your friends and neibours everybody looks realy friendly and helpfull very sociable glad for you it must be the best thing of moving to sicilia i wish you all the best from an italian mum in london
May God Bless this beautiful family. St. Philomena please protect them. You are such an inspiration and a joy to watch, thank you for sharing your life with all us "beautiful people".
Good morning beautiful family! Luce was exceptionally cute today and my cheeks hurt from smiling!!!! Your village home is becoming more beautiful every episode❤ Love and hugs from sunny Arizona 💖😎💖
Which she only wore partially at one point because it became too hot and difficult to breathe. Also, being pregnant and having a young child in the home, it's not good to be in an environment where the chemicals in these products will be off gassing for quite some time. They linger much longer than one realizes. I hope they keep all windows regularly open for a long time. I sincerely hope the air flow in the home is good-for all of their sake. My head was spinning when they were using acid solution and other mixes on those floors. I really wish they would avoid these products. The floor in the kitchen should have been left alone or replaced. Just not worth it. And you didn't need to do that toxic polish on those other tiles in the living room. I owned a house in Sicily. The tiles were very similar to those of the living room in their videos. I would just damp mop. They didn't have that bright polished finish/sheen, but they were still lovely. And one floor I just replaced, sometimes it is best to cut your losses. Not everything is salvageable, and first and foremost, your family's health is paramount. I love watching your videos and admire (mostly) what you are doing but please please limit exposures to toxic products in your living environment by forgoing use of these products. Also, that scented pine tree "air freshener" in your vehicle, I recommend you get rid of it. It's not good , especially for a developing fetus and a young child whose reproductive system is still developing. If you don't believe me look up Dr. Anne C. Steinemann. I wish you all well. I took the time to compile this out of concern and good intent. Kind regards.
Yes, Robert F. Kennedy is reminding all of us (in America) how toxic our food has become! "Toxic Waste & Chemicals" is a song we used to sing in my teen years at the beginning of the environmental movement!
Good Morning Beautiful People. Thank you Sara, Luca and Luce for another interesting vlog. I enjoy seeing the local religious celebrations that bring the town's people together. L'amore vince sempre.
Loved this weeks seeing Luce helping with the washing bless her . Loved seeing the celebrations for saint Rocco .The kitchen will work out im sure you’re get the right colour. Looking forward to next Sunday tell then good health and love ❤️ from my family to yours Jacki in London xx
I love the tile, but I am old fashioned, I can understand that they don’t fix with the floor, hi from Texas, I love you and your beautiful growing family. Best wishes to you all.
You guys are amazing! i’m exhausted just watching all the work that you both do. I like that you’re painting over the kitchen wall tiles. Smart move. Luce is so adorable! August in Italy is crazy, but fun. Thanks for showing the local celebrations.❤
Oh my goodness, little Luce is becoming such a hostess. I always look forward to your Sunday videos. Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us.
We think you both look so well and happier than you have looked for a while now! It's so nice to see. Luce of course is just a little treasure, a ray of beautiful sunshine!❤❤❤
Cleaning those tiles is hard work!💪😊 Loved the festivals. Sicily is on my bucket list. When I visited Italy I lived in Cava dei Terreni close to Salerno. We did the wine festivals all along the Amalfi coast. Ate far too much & slept far too little but loved every minute of the 14 day holiday. Ciao bella Luce.
You don’t need a big announcement. We all are just waiting for next week just to see you three and what you get up to on a daily basis. Thank you for another wonderful video l love the curtain and the idea for the kitchen ceiling, and of course Luca chatting away sending big huggles to you all love from Lynda ❤❤❤
Your videos always bring me to my happy place. The love you have for each other and for Luce is palpable. We need more of it in this world, especially right now. Your kitchen is coming along fine and I love the rustic idea for the ceiling. Can't wait to see it installed. Luce is such a happy child. Have a good week and hasten slowly. All will be well.
Oh I bet the reed ceiling will look complimentary to the building. It's always fascinating to me as an American when centuries old religious traditions are still alive in Italy and Sicily even when most modern people don't actively attend church. I realize that I could be totally wrong about it. Thank you for showing us the parades and customs.
Sara and Luca you are both so patient with Lucha. After having a parent and husband that was not patient with children, I am so impressed. Good job guys!
Hearing about and seeing your all's vision for your lives come to fruition is really exciting! I wanted you to know that your courage to follow dreams has encouraged me to do the same. My house has sold, & I am moving to a whole new place in a part of my country where I have never lived before so I can be near the ocean!❤
I love that your thumbnails are always so doom and gloom, and then you watch the video and everybody’s smiling even when there are some small disasters! Your daughter’s participation in everything is precious! It’s a testament to how well you navigate her through your TH-cam life. Kudos!
What an enjoyable and happy video! So nice to see everyone getting along together and sharing good times!❤. Love your daughter, Luce, she is absolutely adorable, happy and such a joy and blessing to all of us! It is a testament to how you are raising her and you should be proud of yourselves!❤
My Sicilian family I’m gonna call you because even though I was born in United States I come from a long line of Sicilians. I love you all so much. You’re doing a great job with that house and a fantastic job with that little girl. She’s going to grow up a wonderful person, I want to meet you all so badly someday!! Ciao ciao!! Until next week. I look forward to the announcement. Mike
Good Sunday morning, beautiful people. You are so blessed to be there and have so many good things going for you, Luca,Sara,& Luce ❤ U guys. Love the wood for the ceiling. Take care. Bjs
Love the colour in the kitchen wall. The view from the balcony , it's so beautiful!!! Luce is prettier everyday, I love Luce hearing speaking Italian! Cute!❤👋Have a great day at the parade, looks very emotional,!!!❤
I really like the curtain to help keep it cool in the mornings. Thanks for taking us along for the street celebration and all the music, it's interesting to see how other countries celebrate their holidays. Kathy USA 🇺🇸
Another wonderful video! Luce wears the cutest dresses and she is so adorable laughing and talking in the videos. You are doing a great job in the kitchen, looks better with the tiles painted and when you put on the top coat of the cream colour it will certainly bring out the colours in the floor.
Dear Sara,Luca and adorable baby Luce, we wish you all the best, you are hard working people, and it’s a pleasure to see how your new home is coming along. We love you.❤
You are essentially the founders of a new village. Through your charisma alone you are drawing people into your circle to renew an ancient town.
I was also impressed by the using their channel to create an intentional community that is inclusive not exclusive. I live in the the US state of Rhode Island where too many people oppose building new affordable housing for fear of property values declining and living near outsiders. Luca, Sara, and Luce are modeling and living how these conditions can strengthen and restore communities. Inspiring for more to follow your example elsewhere .
The new curtains.......chef's 💋!

I love the tile, but I am old fashioned, I can understand that they don’t fix with the floor, hi from Texas, I love you and your beautiful growing family. Best wishes to you all.
Hey guys, your kitchen is looking great. I love that you are painting over the tile. Please try to rest when you can. Love you❤
The reed ceiling will add warmth and beauty to the kitchen. I've used it on walls too. Bella!

You guys are amazing! i’m exhausted just watching all the work that you both do. I like that you’re painting over the kitchen wall tiles. Smart move. Luce is so adorable! August in Italy is crazy, but fun. Thanks for showing the local celebrations.❤
Luce always steals the show .. she is such a happy , smart and beautiful little girl ..so much fun to watch her learn with her beautiful parents ..
Oh my goodness, little Luce is becoming such a hostess. I always look forward to your Sunday videos. Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us.
Oh Sarah....You Are Right!
The Tiles 'Clash' with the flooring.
So glad you are Not keeping them as is.
Beautiful beautiful location!! Be careful do not over do! Try and enjoy as you go. Hugs and God’s Blessings!! 🙏❤️🙏
We think you both look so well and happier than you have looked for a while now! It's so nice to see. Luce of course is just a little treasure, a ray of beautiful sunshine!❤❤❤
You guys remind me of what is good in this world. You are truly beautiful humans.
Cleaning those tiles is hard work!💪😊
Loved the festivals.
Luce looks so cute with her hair up in the little bun 🙂🌸
Oh I bet the reed ceiling will look complimentary to the building. It's always fascinating to me as an American when centuries old religious traditions are still alive in Italy and Sicily even when most modern people don't actively attend church. I realize that I could be totally wrong about it. Thank you for showing us the parades and customs.
The kitchen appears larger with the tiles painted! Can't wait to see the next coat and ceiling reeds!
Take it easy, beautiful family!
Good luck to you! 🤞❤
@@juditszabo8751 Thank you very much!
I love that your thumbnails are always so doom and gloom, and then you watch the video and everybody’s smiling even when there are some small disasters! Your daughter’s participation in everything is precious! It’s a testament to how well you navigate her through your TH-cam life. Kudos!
It’s a catch to followers eyes. Personally I’m not fond of the titles and photos but I will watch.
What an enjoyable and happy video! So nice to see everyone getting along together and sharing good times!❤. Love your daughter, Luce, she is absolutely adorable, happy and such a joy and blessing to all of us! It is a testament to how you are raising her and you should be proud of yourselves!❤
Luca, Sara & Luce Love To See You, Everything Is Looking Beautiful 🙏❤️
The kitchen looks so much bigger with the patterned tiles painted! Looking great so far!! 😊
Not a fail at all, you needed 2 coats anyway, so just a base coat.😊 Luce is as adorable as always!
Mike

Another wonderful video! Luce wears the cutest dresses and she is so adorable laughing and talking in the videos. You are doing a great job in the kitchen, looks better with the tiles painted and when you put on the top coat of the cream colour it will certainly bring out the colours in the floor.
