VFR750 Fuel Tank Fix

Some of the 1990-1993 Honda VFR750F have an issue with the fuel tank making a buzzing noise. This is American Honda's fix - make a little more clearance for a bracket spot welded under the top front of the tank. Lousy quality but you'll get the point.
