Factory Reset was my first thing to do.

What do you mean?
Did you delete everything or did you made a factory restore?

Only 1-01 and 1-02 showed the individual pad pattern activity. To me the rest of them were just single-pad loops.

Hi, they are not single pad loops. You don't see any activity at the other patterns because the Sample Bank selected all the time was the "A". The other samples used in the other patterns are in the other Sample Banks (B,C,D,E,F,G,H). It just shows the activity of the samples from selected Sample Bank.✌️
