I had always thought the 4 Seasons had done this 1st. But I put the Maurice Williams original in my Seasons playlist with this cover. So, thanks for the upload!
Gotta say I like this mono version better than the stereo version. Just because you have the capability to separate instruments and vocals doesn't mean you should do it so drastically. So many 60's songs are like that.
Is there any chance you could play the A side, My Mothers Eyes? It is my understanding that this version is extremely rare. It has been mistaken that it is the live version from their live album, but in fact is a studio recording and this single is the only place it was ever released. I would appreciate it if you could flip it over. Thanks.

Any chance of some Four Seasons Philips stuff getting on the page?
Universal would be removing it citing Copyright infringment.
