Don't connect the GND of the FM module with PAM8403... I think it will solve your problem....
@@kushalbhaskar4401 how can it work if I don't connect the GND of the FM module with PAM8403 ? I find trouble reason, More D Class amplifier working with high frequency so the cables going to the speakers act like an antenna.

The killing of 8403 happen due to ground loop... you are commenting a ground with battery, and again for the bluetooth module... No need to connect double GND...
I appreciate the video but why not scrap the music and talk. Tell us what you were thinking. Would have made for a much more interesting video.

Pam8403 is 5v and the usb player is 12v how did you put it to work on a 3.4v battery?

The audio module is not needed if the bluetooth module has the function of amplifier. Normally it has.the speakers can be connected to the bluetooth module directly.
Charging module for18650 is needed if you need the system in convenient.
All module doesn't have built-in amplifier.....

Battery life depends upon the wattage of amplifier and capacity of the battery....
For instance, if your battery is 2200mah and amplifier is 5 watt, then it may run 3-4 hrs. in moderate volume.....
