Sleight of hands at it's finest, just the angle wasn't so good. At 0:48 you can see him folding the card, at 1:02 can see the folded card below the deck which he swallows next. Anyone notice that when they changed seats shin lim put his cards on the right pocket but then when he turned front he grabbed his cards from the left pocket
Yeah i did observe that and expected it to be some kind of a extension to the first truck but then he just did that to show another trick. New trick new deck of cards that's how it is.
Riffle forced the Queen of Spades. Cull control the Queen of Spades to the bottom as he spread the deck down. Then a mercury fold as he does the “it’s not on the bottom and it’s not on the top”. He places the folded card in his mouth as he rolled up his sleeves. Flourish. Show tattoo. Then pulls the folded card from mouth. Incredibly smooth. Incredible performance.
When he folded his slevs he put that deck in his mouth and before doing that he folded that card and put it into mouth... And then exclaims it to be magic

It’s not random. He’s forcing the card to be chosen at the beginning when he runs his finger through the deck. Still impressive trick
If you pause at 1:10 and play it at 0.25x speed, you’ll notice that you still have no freaking clue how he did it.
The real trick started at 0:47 till he put the deck into his mouth.
