This home just made me cry-it is so beautiful and very well thought out. This young man has a great eye-even his fashion fits that gorgeous home. And the sunlight- wow. And the spool....and the kitchen....my gawd. This is my dream home.

Where is AD (Architectural Digest). What an amazing renovation. Everyone knows that View Park is one of the best kept secrets in Los Angeles. A cool urban hideaway with privacy and spectacular views. Mr. Calhoum your career is about to soar.
He did an excellent job renovating this home. The only thing I would say is that the back deck seems unsafe without any railing. But overall I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and craftsmanship.

That was beautiful. I loved every inch of that home…. even more special to be in my own home town. 💯A+ he did an amazing job the details from the kitchen to most gorgeous backyard that i have ever seen in LA. I am in lov❤…. Does this guy have his own renovation channel? Run him again cause I definitely want to see more.

I do love that the dining room if you didn't want a formal space of that nature you could turn it into a sunroom on office and it has that indoor outdoor access I just don't like the chandelier in the dining room. The only things missing from that pool is those pools where you can swim against the current that's what you should have done in that small space but overall excellent job close pay attention to the details and he kept the beautiful roof lines I mean Bravo

Does he come with the house??
The house inside has been very modernized and is very white in color. It lost too much of it's original tudor old english charm. Another thing I dislike is that the range stove is next to the window rather a big sink should be there instead. That window is going to get dirty with cooking grease that it will show and difficult to clean. I don't like the big bulky range hood either 👎
I like white paint. To me, white paint makes it look clean and bright. As far as furniture is concerned, I like to mix it up, but someone wanting all white or neutrals for furniture is not an issue. I would pack my suitcase and stay a week, no problem 😂. I just love a CLEAN place. I ooze love and happiness when a place is CLEAN. Now I understand what you're saying about the stove being near the window. Definitely different. The hood I suppose is big because the stove is so big, but I would like a different style hood for myself. I'm not found of the actual shape of the hood. This is his house so 🤷🏽♀️😊.
Exquisite renovation done with great craftsmanship and detail. My only complaint in the living room the master bedroom in a couple other places the lighting layout and choice of lighting fixtures are horrid. Because like in the kitchen the lighting layout is very well done you have the recessed lighting along with some task lighting that is period for the house, bravo! However there are some art deco lighting fixture choices some Modern lighting fixture choices and to me they don't work. Along with in the master bedroom in the living room and a couple of other rooms he could have put some recessed lighting or some Led strips and places that could make more mood in a room where you don't have to have direct overhead lighting. Other than that he did an excellent job. Oh I don't like powder rooms near kitchens there's something about that that is just taboo and stinky LOL. I love a pocket door so that kind of takes it over he should have done pocket doors in that primary bedroom ensuite
