I cannot begin to even say how much I love this home. Latoya has an amazing design sense, and a husband who embraces her vision and is handy! The plants are beautiful and that wood wall fabulous!!! Latoya if you are not already an interior designer you definitely should be. This is my favorite home that I have seen on TH-cam. I also love that you thrift!!!
I JUST HAD TO STOP THIS VIDEO TO MAKE A COMMENT: This whole vibe is SO ME! Everything about this woman's design asthetic is giving me life right now, it's like she designed MY house......mostly lol. And then we entered the studio and I saw the collection of Bobble heads and I gasped because, I just bought my first one ever to start my collection! It is the giant Bobble head Michael Jordan in a team USA jersey. I also just moved to Atlanta, and Craftsman is my favorite type of home architecture. I WILL be calling her one day! We didn't get to see their kitchen.😒
Could it also be the way light enters the home and they wanted to capture that essence, instead of artificially adding highlights which are not a natural reflection?
Latoya Latoya I looooove ❤ your house, the sensibility of the designs, the beautiful plants and the cool vibe and positive energy between you and your husband! You guys were eloquent and hospitable! There is no place like home - and as a child of Atlanta - I must say, you guys certainly showcased a charming and luxurious Southern home!
This house tour is scrumptious❤ Deliciously rich in every aspect. The dual efforts put forth by individual partners speaks volumes about cohesive respect for each others design style. Yummy. Chef's Kiss 💋
What an incredible home! Each time I thought I saw my favorite room, there was another one! I think the Sunroom and laundry / mud room are my faves! How fun! ;)
I love the way this home was decorated. I wanted to see the kitchen though, it tells me so much more about the homeowners. Hope we get another look in the future so I can see the kitchen and Im sure it will be as lovely as the rest of the home 😊❤
Now this is absolutely in no way, shape, or form a house. This is a HOME to the the fullest and truest extent of the word. Congrats y'all on the oasis you've created for your family!
Love a personal space. Love ppl who don’t care about design rules but their space works. This was shot pretty dark. It’s still lovely and the tour was interesting!
Everything is so perfectly placed. Jordans and a hat under the night stand. Great design and I love the art. In a nice way (no shade) it seems a little too staged, do you live there or just take pictures of the design. Where is the messiness of life? Great house, and beautiful family.
This was a good episode in seeing a couple interdependently worked together in designing a home from the furniture to the plants to the colors. The one thing that could be worked on going forward is the audio quality. I was able to hear more the music playing than listening to Latoya and Andrew speaking and it was distracting. Another is the lighting of how the tour was viewed. It seemed darker that one could assume it was the weather or the atmosphere. Overall, I enjoyed it and would’ve wished to see the kitchen set up.
Like another comment mentioned, PLEASE make some quick quality adjustments in your lighting during your home tours. There’s zero excuse to not have these homes recorded with a professional photographer who has lighting equipment that will make it look more realistic and less like every room is really dark. I am very impressed with the home tours I have seen recently, so I would love to thank all of the homeowners who have allowed us a sneak peek of their personal spaces.
What is the criteria for these homes to get on this show? Some of them are not really stand outs for interior design.... some definitely have style... but most have ordinary features the home owners play up to be more extraordinary than they are
Such a beautiful and warm home.

One of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen
I love her style! Each room gives off this moody and homey feel. Especially loved the living room with all the patterns and plants. Tastefully done!🤌

"It's not about perfection. It's about things that are designed well and functions for you".
The library! 😍
I love the series but all the house tours this year were shot too dark. Next year I hope we can have more lighting to capture these beautiful homes.
Could it also be the way light enters the home and they wanted to capture that essence, instead of artificially adding highlights which are not a natural reflection?
@@UKLeonie- of all houses lighting is bad
@@UKLeonieI actually LOVE the darker lighting, you can really see the richness and quality of the home.
I agree. Super dark
@@UKLeonie if you're showing the quality of something, then lighting should be good
YOUR SUNROOM & THAT TABLE 💜💜💜💜 beautiful home and beautiful family. What peaceful environment you created - God is Good to you.
This home really reflects the personality of the homeowners. Their style is so warm and inviting.

Great 1990s house! They really did capture the look of an actual 1920s craftsman😍

Agree about the dark filming.
1920’s home. Featured warmth and gatherings which displays eclectic accoutrements
I really wanted to see the kitchen 😕
Beautiful and totally my vibe- I have similar aesthetics in my home
Me too ❤
No, kitchen walk through. Why or did I miss it?

love the design! this isn't atlanta though.
The title is incorrect -- this is not a 1920s bungalow as she explained in the beginning
🙌🏽👌🏽✨

Lovely living room and space but the bedroom is a bit dark. I could’ve hardly seen your husband in the room-:))😳👍
