Loona has so much unreleased content, exclusive content and yet to see stuff, really puts into perspective how much they envisioned for the group but how management failed to honor it..
It deeply upsets me how much work BBC put these girls to just to trash it all away. The way they exploit both their idols and their staff is so disgusting, and I personally think their exaustion shows in these last Loona comebacks (not saying these are bad, it just doesn't have the same quality and finesse as previous Loona releases imo). The Loonaverse had everything to be dense and vivid, and BBC threw all that away cause they simply doesn't value their staff.

They switched to girl crush because the ceo of SM made Why Not and So What for them. When Loona did the dance cover of Cherry Bomb, he liked it so much that he produced those two songs for them. It’s not really known whether they would’ve done girl crush if he hadn’t made the songs for them.

Frankly, I was initially bothered by the possibility of deleted music for Loona by a disgruntled Jaden Jeung. But since listening to the music clips, I found myself less concerned... If the clips in anyway reflected well the complete songs, then I honestly didn't find them near as good as any of Loona's other work. I'm sure like many other groups, there is always a large supply of songs that BBC can buy or have created for them. But not that many can approach being hit title tracks, or even good B sides. Not being good enough, or even not being Loona-like might have been the ultimate conclusion (and maybe BBC didn't want to pay Jaden any royalties on those songs).

He had a vision, the company he was working with didn't give him full control and he dipped it started with lovelyz cuz I think both them & loona had the same concept of "unique debut" then after the ladies code tragedy I believe he was control of the their trilogy albums but the last one was incomplete and one of their songs became a debut loona song, when he didn't have his way with loona he went to the boy group but after that I stopped caring for his name

Part of the success for So What was the hype from Butterfly. I honestly think LOONA might be more successful now if they continued to embrace what they started. The new sound abandoned the predebut music and it’s growing more and more irrelevant, that the whole charm of pre-debut is pretty much useless now. The general public cares less about it, so that’s pretty much years of build up thrown away. If you think about it, why would people care about it when it doesn’t reflect LOONA and their sound anymore anyway - now it’s just an easter egg of LOONA’s history. Seeing groups like IVE and New Jeans become some of S.Korea’s current biggest girl group just shows that LOONA had something big with them if they just kept up and held on to it.

i understand liking loona lore loonaverse and everything surrounding it but i beg new orbits to never say that they wish Jaden Jeong never left before looking into the things that happened while he was in charge. Gowon was forced to dye her hair several times in a row leading to her feeling terrible head aches, Jinsoul talked about how her scalp felt bad after so much bleaching of her hair, Yeojin recently came out with her story of an eating disorder which became increasingly worrying around time JJ was working with them when she was still a young teen. Girls were starved, overworked and kept away from knowing their own groups and characters lore because JJ was convinced they wouldn’t understand it because they are women. All of this and more just for the creative vision of a man who didn’t even want them successful. JJ wanted loona to stay underground forever, that’s why most of their first solo and group releases were unnoticed, because they were never promoted and orbits had to promote the group themselves. Once bbc decided that loona will never be able to return them the amount of money that was spent on them if they will stay underground JJ left the company and deleted a whole album that girls put a lot of effort into. This is not the first time this happened and with his new group announced def not the last one either. Jaden Jeong is a terrible misogynistic man who values his vision over anyone he works with and him leaving loona is to this day the best thing that could have happened to this group. If you love him and his ideas, good for you, but please just rewatch old music videos and come up with your theories instead of saying that you wish loona girls should have stayed in their darkest period of lives forever just for the lore.
Its kinda make a sense. When he was work with lovelyz. He was behind of their school girl concept. Which is kinda concerning the fact the only school girl at that time was only the maknae line. Even after he left. The company still try to make them to look like a school girl when they already at late 20's

I think orbits serverely overdramatize how much control Jaden hand in BBC. He was only the creative director, he was only responsible for picking out concepts and giving a general direction for how he wanted the group to go. However, there was a higher management above him that dictated the whole group and their direction, its the whole reason why he left. I do think he was responsible for forcing the girls to dye their hair and change their hairstyles, even when they didn't want to which was wrong, and thats his worst crime. But the dieting and general overworking was completely out of his hands, that falls onto BBC and their company policies. I do think he did want the girls to stay underground, but the lack of promotion ultimately fell on BBC aswell. Even after Jaden left the girls were not promoted and their success now is entirely attributed to Orbits and when people reached out TO THEM. (Lee Sooman wanted to work with Loona after he saw their Cherry Bomb cover. Bbc can only be credited for allowing that to happen) also im not going to agree or disagree that Jaden limited the girls in the creative process. I do think hes a huge narcissist and lets his work and vision blind him, but even if Jaden wanted the girls to contribute it wouldn't of happened. Again, even after he left Loona were hardly able to participate in their concept or music. This again falls on BBC and their management. Also as Midnight states in the video, its unlikely La Maison or Burn or any music they didnt relesse are "gone". Jaden didnt own the rights. He may of deleted storyboards and concepts for La Maison, but the raw demos and overall song probably still exists somewhere in the BBC library. Bbc likely could of still released the songs and LoonaTheBallad, probably in a different concept and overall sound/image, but they chose not to. I think in recent news its obvious that the real villian here is BBC. Jaden had his faults and he definitely did many things wrong, but i'm just going to say it, Loona was never the same after he left. They lost their lore and what made them unique and the reason so many orbits fell in love with the group (throwing in random visuals or moons and glowing eyes doesnt count. The main storyline of Loona was forgotten and scrapped). Bbc never cared about the lore and debt wasnt the main reason why. Loona is still amazing and their songs and music videos are still amazing, but only because of the amazing and talented people who work with them. I dont think its wrong for Orbits to say they miss Jaden Jeong and his overall lore and creative vision.

If you think about it, why would people care about it when it doesn’t reflect LOONA and their sound anymore anyway - now it’s just an easter egg of LOONA’s history.
Seeing groups like IVE and New Jeans become some of S.Korea’s current biggest girl group just shows that LOONA had something big with them if they just kept up and held on to it.

Their debut project and process was one of the best but ever since that guy left and So What came out I don't like their music :/ Butterfly was a bop and then they turned into a girl crush concept that doesn't fit their image or vocals... should have kept it elegant and mysterious...

Can you make also the content of tripleS, Jaden Jeong's own girl group? I stanned them and supported since S1 were revealed and I know that it's 24 members(I know it's too many). I'm being worried and scared sometimes than excitement of their future. They currently revealed 8/24 members.

i understand liking loona lore loonaverse and everything surrounding it but i beg new orbits to never say that they wish Jaden Jeong never left before looking into the things that happened while he was in charge. Gowon was forced to dye her hair several times in a row leading to her feeling terrible head aches, Jinsoul talked about how her scalp felt bad after so much bleaching of her hair, Yeojin recently came out with her story of an eating disorder which became increasingly worrying around time JJ was working with them when she was still a young teen. Girls were starved, overworked and kept away from knowing their own groups and characters lore because JJ was convinced they wouldn’t understand it because they are women. All of this and more just for the creative vision of a man who didn’t even want them successful. JJ wanted loona to stay underground forever, that’s why most of their first solo and group releases were unnoticed, because they were never promoted and orbits had to promote the group themselves. Once bbc decided that loona will never be able to return them the amount of money that was spent on them if they will stay underground JJ left the company and deleted a whole album that girls put a lot of effort into. This is not the first time this happened and with his new group announced def not the last one either. Jaden Jeong is a terrible misogynistic man who values his vision over anyone he works with and him leaving loona is to this day the best thing that could have happened to this group. If you love him and his ideas, good for you, but please just rewatch old music videos and come up with your theories instead of saying that you wish loona girls should have stayed in their darkest period of lives forever just for the lore.
Its kinda make a sense. When he was work with lovelyz. He was behind of their school girl concept. Which is kinda concerning the fact the only school girl at that time was only the maknae line. Even after he left. The company still try to make them to look like a school girl when they already at late 20's
YES, all these people here saying that after JJ all fell apart are stupid , loonas music still good and the loonaverse still here , u just dont want to see it , even before JJ left there was the conversation about loonas sound , people hated on favorite , hi high and butterfly, loona had ONE album before JJ left so how u can say whats loona sound?
I think orbits serverely overdramatize how much control Jaden hand in BBC. He was only the creative director, he was only responsible for picking out concepts and giving a general direction for how he wanted the group to go. However, there was a higher management above him that dictated the whole group and their direction, its the whole reason why he left. I do think he was responsible for forcing the girls to dye their hair and change their hairstyles, even when they didn't want to which was wrong, and thats his worst crime. But the dieting and general overworking was completely out of his hands, that falls onto BBC and their company policies.
I do think he did want the girls to stay underground, but the lack of promotion ultimately fell on BBC aswell. Even after Jaden left the girls were not promoted and their success now is entirely attributed to Orbits and when people reached out TO THEM. (Lee Sooman wanted to work with Loona after he saw their Cherry Bomb cover. Bbc can only be credited for allowing that to happen)
also im not going to agree or disagree that Jaden limited the girls in the creative process. I do think hes a huge narcissist and lets his work and vision blind him, but even if Jaden wanted the girls to contribute it wouldn't of happened. Again, even after he left Loona were hardly able to participate in their concept or music. This again falls on BBC and their management.
Also as Midnight states in the video, its unlikely La Maison or Burn or any music they didnt relesse are "gone". Jaden didnt own the rights. He may of deleted storyboards and concepts for La Maison, but the raw demos and overall song probably still exists somewhere in the BBC library. Bbc likely could of still released the songs and LoonaTheBallad, probably in a different concept and overall sound/image, but they chose not to.
I think in recent news its obvious that the real villian here is BBC. Jaden had his faults and he definitely did many things wrong, but i'm just going to say it, Loona was never the same after he left. They lost their lore and what made them unique and the reason so many orbits fell in love with the group (throwing in random visuals or moons and glowing eyes doesnt count. The main storyline of Loona was forgotten and scrapped). Bbc never cared about the lore and debt wasnt the main reason why. Loona is still amazing and their songs and music videos are still amazing, but only because of the amazing and talented people who work with them. I dont think its wrong for Orbits to say they miss Jaden Jeong and his overall lore and creative vision.
