still doest work ....i tried cmd...uninstal.....firewall....devs......using other app....but when i change my wifi to my mobile hospot it work....but kinda slow here ....my wifi bad bad bad
Hey I have tried most of the solutions suggested but the issue is still there first it was error code 529 then it will change to 279 after I rejoin my phone is facing this problem too it started today when I was grinding in roblox using my pc and phone my pc suddenly crashed and it said error code 529 now it's 279 and its affecting my roblox on my phone too...
also i'd like to add that when I surf in the internet like watching video and stuff it's not lagging but when I try opening the roblox app in my pc and mobile they both takes so long to load (sometimes I can play idk why but I can't tp or change server cause code 769 will appear alot then it will turn to error code 279)
I tried everything... but i cant fix it. My phone and my computer cant join games, but i sometimes can join for a few minutes and get kicked out for internet issues.
Looks like a server issue if that's the case. The game is failing to connect to the multiplayer server. Try changing the dns and see if that works. If changing 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 doesn't work, try 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1.

did you change the DNS on your phone? that might work if shifting to Mobile Network works.

turns out roblox just have potato servers
it my wifi i think my dad changed the password and after that my roblox game was not working and fortnite na type not working i tried that didnt work

Try logging out of your account from either the PC or your phone and then check if the game is running. Also, what's your current internet speed?
