BEWARE ORDERING FROM TOYS ASSEMBLE! I ordered a Hot Toys Supergirl figure from them that had a defective leg out of the box, and they refuse to send me a new body. Realize if you have a quality issue, Toys Assemble will NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU!
First, I want you to understand that we have always been in a position to help you resolve this issue. From the moment you reported the problem, we promptly reached out to Hot Toys on your behalf to seek a solution. I also want to clarify that if we were to email them, their response time would likely be longer. We have already found a solution from Hot Toys for you. The statements we previously mentioned were all provided by Hot Toys themselves, not by us. I hope you do not misunderstand this as any form of fraud. If you would like to verify this, you can certainly email Hot Toys at cs@hottoys-secretbase.com or call +852 3722 3988. We fully understand your concern regarding the inherent defect in your figure, and we are more than willing to facilitate the process of sending it to Hot Toys for repair. However, Hot Toys’ policy requires that customers return the defective product for replacement or repair; they do not send a new product, body, or accessories directly to customers. Additionally, we have mentioned on our policy page that returns are typically not allowed. However, we are willing to make an exception and cover the cost of one leg of the shipping. We genuinely want to help you resolve this issue. If you still believe we are being fraudulent or unwilling to assist you, there is little more we can do. We have done our best to provide you with support within our capabilities. Furthermore, we hope you understand that all our procedures follow the policies set by Hot Toys and our website.
Hot Toys has also indicated that the situation with your Supergirl figure is considered normal. It is a protective mechanism designed to safeguard the figure and articulated joints. We have provided a video from Hot Toys that explains the solution, showing how the articulated joints can be reattached. In our unboxing video of the Supergirl figure, we encountered the same situation and used the same method to resolve it. However, if you believe it to be a manufacturer defect, we understand and welcome you to return it to us so we can forward it to Hot Toys for repair. As stated on our policy page, we generally do not accept refunds or returns. Yet, we have made an exception to cover the cost of one leg of the shipping. We have done our utmost to help resolve this issue, and we hope you understand.
@ToysAssemblehk "Welcoming" me to send it back to you should not include me to pay for shipping and be held responsible if the figure is lost, lol. That description is of a company that does not accept responsibility when they sell a defective product.

Looks amazing! Great song too? What song is that ?
Thank you. Song name "In my room"
