Trini Macaroni Pie Recipe

Today I am sharing my delicious recipe for Trinidad macaroni pie.It is a flavorful cheesy pasta dish made in Trinidad and Tobago. It is very similar to Mac and cheese but macaroni pie is well seasoned and have added veggies and tasty spices.

Ingredients
1 pack pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
3 pimento peppers
1 carrot grated
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup evaporated milk
cheese of your choice I used white cheddar, and gouda(reserve some for the top)
creole seasoning
garlic powder
2 eggs
