@@JongYoonKim I just export a video, it opens up media encoder then the Media stops responding and then tells me to report the issue, and than when i go back on animate CC it says it timed out even though, I just exported it.

Hooray! I read your suggestion and made the music stop just before the visuals stop and it worked! Thank you! For others - in the timeline I simply shortened the end of the audio layer just one frame. Then when I exported to MP4 the audio played. A miracle after 3 hours of trying! Thanks Jong-Yoon : )
This could not relate to this video much, but when I try to export my animation as a GIF then the save screen doesn't fully show up, so the save button is out of view and I can't export it

I recommend to check FPS. Video files normally play in 29 or 30 frames per second. Please check your frame rate in Animate CC to match the speed. Hoping this helps.
In Adobe Animate, I seem to have a problem with the Export Animated GIF's Window. It doesn't allow me to minimize it so, can't export work as an animated gif because I have a PC laptop and the screen is small. Can anyone tell me how to minimize it?

Hello. What is the best way to export a logo animation with a transparent background? I have tried checking the 'Ignore stage color' box, but my customer said that the background is still not transparent. Any help is very much appreciated.
@@JongYoonKim I had the animation set up as ActionScript 3.0. I changed it to HTML5 Canvas and was able to make the stage transparent. Hopefully this will work for my customer. Thank you so much!
you probably have solved this already and I hope things have worked out, but, try clicking on any frame of your audio on the timeline then go to properties>frame>sync (set to stream).
I followed the exact same steps as you explained. But for some reason only a few layers export and everything is sped up. So nothing syncs anymore. Do you perhaps have an answer to that?
@@JongYoonKim Should be yes. At first me and my dad (who works in the ict) thought it was because I needed 8GB and 2Ghz. Though this laptop only got 4GB and 1.10Ghz. So we tried on his laptop, which is the best of the entire company, but the same problem occured. So we now think I might've done something inside Adobe Animate, maybe with the settings or something. So Ima just make a new animation and copy and paste all my old frames in there.
@@Pyxocy When did you make that animations? If you used older version on Animate CC, I had the same experience before. There is compatibility issue between old and new version of Animate CC.

If it is ActionScript 3.0 file, it should work. Make sure that your sound file's playing time is shorter than your entire movie length or synchronized. That's what I figured from my experiences. Let me know how it goes. Good luck!

p.s. In Publish Settings, it says that the Script is ActionScript 3.0. Still audio doesn't export to MP4.

You can set stage background color as "None" in Properties panel. Hope it works. If not, please let me know. Good luck!

When you create a new file, try "Action Script 3.0" platform instead of "HTML 5". Let me know how it goes. Good luck!
