Mariana I know. I only owned one pair of shoes when I was 17/18. People kept asking me why. I ended up with almost 200 pairs of cheap crappy shoes. I still own like 80 pairs of which about half is nice but I don't go to primark and buy 10 random pairs of shoes anymore. I will instead buy myself a really nice pair when I see one, like the stuart weitzmann boots I treated myself with today.
I agree with you girls. Honestly, I get so sad when I see some of the comments on YT channels, girls just wish all this make up, clothes, shoes... even boyfriends... it's nice when a Ytber is aware of the huge impact the platform has, and just remind viewers from time to time that that's all just material, but if it's what you wish for you sure can get it. Stop dreaming and do. And yes MJ it's even worse when people are malicious. Words are the biggest weapon.

I am OLD compared to everyone else who watches your videos, I'm 51, but I just find you so fun to watch and find myself smiling through your entire videos and catch myself laughing out loud. I'm a mom to 4 grown sons and now that they are all pretty much on their own, I am focusing more on myself and getting back in touch with my "girly" side and your videos are so inspiring!!!! honestly your videos always cheer me up, you are a beautiful person inside and out, from all angles lol, I just recently started my TH-cam channel (I've been watching TH-cam videos for 11 years though), and someone just attacked me of my looks, then she deleted her own comment. It's crazy how people judge you onlinr when they don't even know you. Looks isn't everything and I'm confident about my looks and who I am.

Lydia, I started following your channel so to have a little sneak peak into a bit more of a luxurious lifestyle. I'd be lying if I didn't admit that I like lovely and special things too. What I did not expect was to find out how sweet and kind you are! It is clear that you care for others and quite obvious that you work for and deserve to enjoy all the "things" that you love. Good on you! I really appreciated hearing you talk about the world not revolving around how people look. YES you are totally fortunate to have your genetics, but who you are on the inside is clearly even MORE sparkly and beautiful.
