I actually used Flocke last night and, with trial and error without Chapter 11 gear yet, I am also getting her in Global version. I had to use her alongside Innocent Dreamer Resna and Initial Lydie to see how she fares either. It'll be interesting if she can work standalone.
Man , I can't decide whether to spend my hard earned wish medals on flocke for meta or the school event at the moment to wish to get both ryza and rezna students
One thing is that Flocke can afford to go full healing or even damage for burst memes. She doesn't need buff damage(A) because of the buff cap, she can simply buff the team up to max over 2 turns! This way she ramps crit damage for the first 2 turns then spam her skill 1 afterwards while providing basically a full heal whenever needed since you can allocate all 6 equipment traits to healing

Based on my own experiences it seems to be something like this: Valeria only wink - High chance for unit (I say high but it's always been a unit for me.) Resna only wink - High chance for memoria (had only 1 instance of getting a unit from this) Both wink - High chance of SSR Just Oscar - not really sure since I almost never get just him Oscar + others - at least one SR Resna's mentor on the cliff - Guaranteed SSR Silver aura around Val and Res - Guaranteed off-banner SSR Gold aura around Val and Res - Guaranteed featured banner SSR Golden light at the end turns purple - Fake-out into SSR I have no idea what Marie falling, the barrel falling (probably bad pulls for this one), or anything else I didn't list means. Oscar, Ryza, Judie and the other variations showing up in the middle always throws me off.
imma add more about special animations: - night sky = guaranteed 2 or more SSR units, with at lest one being a rate up unit. - different clothes/'more revealing' clothes = guaranteed 2 or more SSR units, with one being 'new' unit. However, it doesn't mean you'll get a banner character and you could get dupes. It just means one of the unit you get is someone you haven't got before. Also, the appearance of characters doesn't seem to mean anything in particular, but the aura around Valeria/Resna does. I swear I once had Saskia appeared but didn't get a single SSR that time, so I don't really think their appearance mean anything much. But Shally only appears along with auras, so there's that A bit more info about the auras: Silver aura - guaranteed SSR unit Gold aura - Not really sure what it means, but my guess is on 'guaranteed new SSR unit' Purple/Rainbow aura - Only time I see this is when the 'night sky' animation is triggered.
