Hi, nice discussion around mind and heart. And I totally agree that for a person who's in some most difficult phases in their lives, self-love is a pivot point for change and self-love will enable one to see the positives. I was depressped and my mind was in a dark place a while ago. My thoughts even became self-destructive, but the love in my heart saved me. Don't get dragged down by determinism, but to embrace your free will that you have the power to always choose love, positivity, grace, forgiveness over hate, negativity, lust, and sins.
