It slows enemies down, they take 30% more damage while in the effect radious plus it puts the eletcric field effect on them that can trigger damage bonuses like the Zhukovs(scout second) damage against enemies in e, fields or the same for the Engineers Stubby SMG. Interesting video anyway, enjoyed it very much. Rock and Stone Brother!
While slows, stuns & status effects aren't really mandatory, they're all extremely good during the bigger swarms and fights, especially for preventing your team's limbs from getting nibbled
6:20 fun note about the legs. For years it's always been 4 legs per mini mule and they didn't have the feature of getting map data so that you could just look at the map to find them. At some point the devs tried to make it 3 legs but after trying and failing repeatedly to make 3 legs reliable, they just gave up and put 4 legs back in! ^_^ So many of us just told them "Look it's fine! It's not a big deal and it basically protects against mission lock outs due to bugs"

Ive got around 250 hours of drg, bought it with some friends in 2020 during the pandemic and since ive been playing on and off. This video whilst being well edited and entertaining also really captured how it felt like playing this game for the first time. Its also interesting to see how diffrent a new player sees and uses game mechanics, you've got many mechanics you as a greenbeard have yet to learn, if you feel like keep playing the game of course. Anyway what i really wanted to say is: great video i really enjoyed it you've earned a new sub!
Also i think enough people told u already but all guns well every mechanic is balanced they are basically equals in terms of how good they are it just cones down to player preference since customization especially when you unlock overclocks gets so diverse
The ifg is NOT garbage bro that grenade is cracked mostly because it boosts damage to enemies in the field and also applies the electric status which further boosts the damage of weapons with conductive bullets (or for the assault rifle, bullets of mercy). Its basically just good for dealing lots of damage to a fat bug. Holds them still and makes them take extra damage, its useful when you learn how to use it Edit: also you were wearing the hospital gown because you failed last mission and didnt go back to the equipment terminal and reequip your armor (just press e on the terminal) EDIT2: Take that shit back the m1000 is in it's own tier

I mained the scout tbh, his grappling hook is the best when playing solo... which is the only way I really play. But for the liquid morkite mission I go engie ROCK N STONE
Honestly, his second primary, the M1000, is actually a LOT of fun, itjust takes some getting used to. I hated it when I first tried it, but its honestly one of ppy favourite guns in the game now. It is important to realize though that, despite how it looks, it is NOT a sniper rifle, and while you can build it to work as one pretty well, you really shouldnt be treating it like one outside of that. I think that was the main disconnect I had with it at first.
I’ll have to give it another go then because i usually like those types of guns. I think i just became way too comfortable with his first assault rifle

Scouts grenade is actually incredible, you do 30% more damage to any enemy inside it and you also get any electricity bonus your weapons may have
