- Could this knife from the Ukraine be the new Kephart Knife?
All I know is these knives represent great value for money and are excellent quality. I can say that as I have used this one for a couple of months and it has performed very well.
I did get the model number wrong though, sorry.

Honest reviews of kit within the cost reach of most of us are always welcome viewing, and often show that the most expensive kit is not necessarily the best. I'm in, keep up the good content.
I’m in,
Another good video Neil, thanks a lot mate, look forward to the next one
I'm in! I already have the pleasure of owning BPS 1066 steel, and I'll love to own that little kephart.
Neil, I’m in! It’s been a real pleasure watching you and learning about how to get high quality products at reasonable prices. Thank you
I’m In , great video as always Neil 👍🏻
I'm in. Thanks for sharing your review and all of the other useful tips and tricks for bushcraft on a budget. Particularly enjoyed your hammock camping and tarp camping modifications videos. Plenty of good winter projects to keep me busy 🙂👍
I’m in , looks like top notch bit of kit , keep up the good work Greencraft 🇬🇧🦊🎣
I'm in. Great review of a fabulous knife. Many thanks.
I have one of these knives. I don't think there is a better value in bushcraft type knives. The scales and the metal they are attached to can be a little rough. However, with a little filing, sanding and tung oil. You have an excellent knife. And they come extremely sharp out of the box. The knife sheath alone is worth the price. I like mine so much I bought one for my son. And thinking of buying more. Less than $30 off amazon.
Can't beat it for a first bushcraft knive!
Im in 😊. I've just bought the exact same pot stand to go with one of your stoves , works a treat . Stove is brilliant 👍🏻😁
I'm in. I've had a BPS knife for a few months now and think it's fantastic. Great size, fits my hand well, comfortable and non fatiguing to use and keeps an edge well. Build quality is good with a good sheath. I struggle to see how they keep the price so low. I hear that they have produced their first axe too !
hah that made me laugh because is was checking knife on amazon and when i saw the BS2FT the first thing that popped in my head was '' nice! this nice would be a really good substitute for a 21st century Kephart Knife '' .. and i come on youtube for review and first thing i see is your title ''A Kephart Knife for the 21st Century'' ...that just confirmed my thought!
Really nice review btw :) have a good day!
Hi Neil,
Another good honest review. I'm already a BPS Convert and would love to try a smaller version of one of their products, so I'm in, thanks.
Been looking at this knife company for a bit now thanks for the good review I'm in
I’m in. Looks great and enjoy your reviews of not so mainstream kit.
I'm in. Good looking knifes to start the journey into bushcraft. Tks for all the videos.
I'm In
Thank you for all of the work you put into your videos.
I'm in.
👍👍👍 .. looks good at the price.
Reminds me very much of my first 'Fishing Knife', gifted by my Dad back in the 50's. Riveted Wooden Handles but robust and easy to keep sharp. Prepared plenty bait, cut fishing line and filleted a horde of catch over many years. Eventually .. replaced and retired to the Garage Workshop.
Simplicity, easy to use and maintain at a reasonable price .. always worth a second look.
Thanks for sharing .. take care ..
I’m in, looks incredibly well put together, even the sheath which is often an afterthought
I'm in. Thanks for a really helpful review. That's a great endorsement of a new brand to many of us. I wish them luck!
I’m in, Neil!
Been desperate for a new knife but times are hard at the moment

I'm in! That looks a really nice bit of kit that would serve well for many years, another enjoyable video keep up the good work.
I'm in...Unreal value for the money. Thanks for the review, and intro to this company..
Looks well worth a look for the price. Whilst the handle and finish look a little basic you just have to keep coming back to the price range! I'm in.
Im in.
Nice to see some love for the lefties !
I'm in. I've been looking at their knives for a while, great review.

I have two BPS knives. Like them both. First experience with 1066, I’ve used them quite a bit and I’ve only stropped them. 👍🏻. Oh yeah, I’m in.
I.m In! love these knives, the one with the optional ferro rod is a great everyday carry! Thanks for reviewing!

I’m in , another nice review video 👍🏽
Looks like great quality and value for a starter knife... I'm in.
I'm in! (I have a BPS Adventurer and it is awesome - a smaller companion knife for fiddly bits would be even awesomer. These knives are supplied to the Ukranian troops, which is the reason I chose them initially, and I was mightily impressed beyond my expectations). Great review!
I’m in!
This knife looks great! 👌🏼
Always interesting to hear your thoughts Neil.
I'm in!

Allen Wilson I'm in. My niece's first bushcraft knife. I gave her a Victorinox on her 10th birthday.
I'm in. Great review, looks an impressive knife for that price!
Neil great vid again, also see you have the MD folding stove/windshield which I've had for a few months now and am very pleased with it, sure a few more folk would love a review on that too👍Very versatile and absurdly light, but so versatile...... maybe a future video??🤞👍🙂
I’m in.Thanks for the review. It looks like a great knife that meets all requirements.

I've actually heard of this brand before. That is a nice review. Great knife for a great price. Many thanks.
I'm in great video, I think I will buy the first knife, as my first knife, nice to see something reasonable price wise too, thank you
Another great review, I'm a massive fan of budget bushcraft equipment and love the fact you try out and recommend stuff at the budget end of the market.
It would be good to hear your impressions of the Whitby range of knives. I've had one for about 8 months and used it many times, okay its Chinese but like the knives you've recently reviewed it was £30 including postage.
I’m in. Excellent review.
I'm in! I have the BPS Savage. Really good knives.
I got a BS3 about 3 or 4 years ago. Size and shape wise it’s basically a copy of the Mora companion with full tang and walnut scales. Came sharp out of the box and easily resharpened. It was £22.46 plus £7.63 postage from Ukraine, with no sheath. The scales and tang aren’t flush all the way round, but not enough to affect the use in the hand. Only problem I did have was bat-toning a pine stick not much bigger than the one in the video. I caught it off square an bent the blade 10-15 degrees sideways about 1/2” from the handle. Just laid it on its side, hit with the baton and I’d straightened out no problem. It’s still my go to fixed blade knife, still sharp and still straight.
I'm in. I've had one of these for a while now. Great knives for the money.
I’m in! Great looking product for the price. Nothing quite like a well made leather sheath 👌
I'm in ,great value excellent video as always
I'm in. Looks a great quality package for the price.
