My husband and I have been together 19yrs. He used to work for a moving company and whenever he would do out of town moves and be gone for 3 maybe 4 days I would go crazy. I couldn't imagine 8 days. I love watching y'all together, I see my husband and I relationship in y'all so much. I love the love y'all have for each other. Also people who aren't raised around hunters don't fully understand. It's okay though to each their own. Keep your head up, them sheets will be fanning again soon lol

It’s nice to hear about couples who’ve been together for so long and still want to be in the same house lol let alone the same room! lol in this day and time it’s almost a miracle! I really like watching the two of you together and with the troop of monkeys so just keep it coming rofl !!!
I grew up in California when I was younger and the neighbors all had so many fruit trees and bushes and they let us kids eat whatever we wanted! Huge Orange trees! (Great for climbing) Apricot, peach, even a pomegranate tree! There was a church across the street next to the water canals, we played in their dumpsters full of office papers. We played school.
Taking care of animals is sooo much work. The monkeys and the other animals! Feeding them every day, same with giving them water, hay, etc. And building enclosures for them and adding stuff and changing stuff and adapting things, etc, etc. And it starts getting harder with age and poor health. Jaime, you and your sweet hubby are very fortunate to be healthy and still at a good age, where taking care of all of that and them, is still very faisable! May that last for a longgg, long time to come! You both are lovely people, with such adorable monkeys and nice animals! I enjoy watching your life with the monkeys especially! They are quite awesome creatures and I can see why your wanted some, all your life! All of them have such unique and cute personalities! Rooster who walkes standing up, the baby who walks backyards, the affectionate ones, Bear the curious and ingenious one, the babies with their adorable little faces, etc, etc...

That’s why I love watching y’all. My dad & stepmom were the same way. They did everything together & they missed each other terribly when they were apart which wasn’t very often. I like your kinda weird. They were married 25 years and spent nearly every day together til my dad passed away from cancer. They were just each other’s everything ❤

I so understand the deer hunting thing. My ex was from Western NY state. He had to be up there with all his old deer hunting buddies opening day for several years. It was a tradition. He'd stay about 2 weeks while I was stuck here in MS. I did keep busy with my 2 boys and our critters but still would get pretty lonely for his company. I love venison but prefer a younger buck or doe over a really big mature buck. Hang in there. He's almost home.
Half of you isn't there, that's the exhausting part. For us it never gets old. Cricket loves her momma, your smell your voice, just like a baby. It's relaxing listening to the animals make conversation.

I understand how you are felling,your best friend is not there ,,to talk too,to laugh,to frustrated you ,,,I've been a widow for more than a year ,some days im ok some days alright ,some days sad,,but every day i get up with a smile,,thank god for pets and animals, i have 3 cats and one dog,there are my babies,,just like all of them are,thanks for all you do,and after Kevin comes home ,you need girls weekend,,
I personally don’t mind one bit you chatting with us. I don’t see it as complaining. We are brothers and sisters in Christ and support each other as needed. Or we should anyway. I think it’s awesome Kevin gets to hunt and you support that even though you miss him. I personally think it’s likely one of the many things that make your marriage happy. He supports you and the monkeys 365 days a year and you support him for his hunting passions. You said it very well when you spoke of selfishness. You’re not being hateful in that though I don’t believe. You simply love your husband and miss him. Nothing wrong in that because you’re also being strong and letting him fill his cup as he needs. It keeps your marriage strong and healthy. IMHO You’re a beautiful couple and I pray that God continues to bless you both and your family as a whole. Keep smiling my beautiful sister.
