This is me negative tests and positive symptoms after I fell off a ladder onto my low back right between the SI joints. Now I can barely walk. 66 years old
Check out some of our other videos on iliolumbar ligament and sacroiliac ligaments. Those are often problematic when back pain is accompanied by normal MRI.
Would you consider moderate disc height loss to be painful? What about bulges in the 2mm range? What about mild facet hypertrophy or mild endplate changes? What is normal as far as radiological pain causes?

Try an Osteopath to see if it helps.
Ya, could be a lot of things. Imbalance, osteopath could help. Or injury to supporting ligaments. Or posture over straining paraspinal muscles.
Same problem 😢
