Check out some of our other videos on iliolumbar ligament and sacroiliac ligaments. Those are often problematic when back pain is accompanied by normal MRI.
Have an issue on my right side mid upper back. Dealing with years. Got worse over time. Aches more and more as the day goes on. Normal MRI. Structure is healthy. Physio doesn’t work for 2 years straight. Please help

Ya, could be a lot of things. Imbalance, osteopath could help. Or injury to supporting ligaments. Or posture over straining paraspinal muscles.
