    How about decompression to stop ostephyte creation and allow rehydration of discs?

      Ya, traction therapy would be helpful. I know there is professional level decompression traction that's available but not all folks would have access to this. There are cost free traction options like just hanging from a bar (works grip strength too) or letting legs hang while leaning on a counter. Also many home traction devices available.
