Thanks for the video Kevin, I just successfully replaced this PE Lever on our WF3640 (replacement part purchased from BCH) and "un-obsoleted" what Epson told me was an obsolete machine. I'm delighted to have kept all that plastic and associated materials out of the waste stream, at least for another few years.
if the middle section of my guard roller (the section that holds the lever) moves independently from the other rollers, I probably need a new guard roller assm right?
Hi there! So sorry to bother buuuuut… epson et2720 • 26g spring on bottom - holding the white paper guide to the black holder - mine popped out and I cannot for the life of me get it back in!😢 any tips?
Is there a solution for the 7720 or can you show a video on how that little black lever is suppose to be sitting mines hanging i think but i cant figure out how to fix it. Please help me
what does it mean when the paper bunches up? technically it goes into that shaft where the paper normally goes into when it reverse prints, but i'm not reverse printing. it will print 1 sheet, but that sheet goes up into there, and then it tries to print another sheet thinking there was no paper at all, and then both get stuck and it jams. it only happens once in a while, not every time.

I had jam on a et2811 otherday since jam I see this wheel is broken why won't my printer print without it and why is it showing orange paper jam no jam just this thing broke any help it's et2811 help
Hi Kevin you videos are very helpful but i have a problem with my epson workforce 2630 wf when i switch it on it completes its boot up or start cycle and is ready to print. no error message at this point. But as soon a i send a page to print it make clicking noise at the paper feed at rear (same as its always done normal paper feed noise ) then throws a error code 0xEA. paper does not load or move there s no paper jam that i can see have you any ideas
Hello, I have an almost similar problem with a customer's printer. I manage to make copies without any problem, I manage to print sometimes from the computer but not all the time and on the other hand I cannot print from my phone. I have the paper jam error every time I try. The eject lever works since I can make copies. When testing with my phone, I have the impression that something does not start correctly, there is a "click" in the printer. Do you have any ideas to solve this problem. Hope you read me. thanks in advance
I am having the same problem. The paper loads partly then jams. I have to remove it from the back. It is occurring on both of my WF-3640 printers, leaving me to wonder if it could be an app, driver or a repair that is needed.
again.. another great video.. but my issue is for WF7211 its a paper jam error after loading the paper.. this goes even with nozzle check, what parts should I buy?
@@BCHTechnologies I am surprised that you still answered this one, the issue is resolved, the ink hose is interfering with the carriage once it hits left side.. also this printer did not last long, the final error is a burned flex which caused a mother board shortage, F1 soldering is not working with workforce..I have not seen any successful post.. still thank you for answering this one..

Hi Kevin, this video does not apply to WF7710 as you say, although the 7710 does use the same sensor flag and it is next to impossible to replace.

Does it load half a page then complain?
Also, does it finish the initiation the complain about the paper jam, or it stop in the middle of warming up?
