Tip:Use leaves when your building the 5 by 5 platform where the villagers are standing on so the golems don't spawn in there

If its spawning cats secure 10 cats around the farm. If its spawning outside, spawnproof or move the farm to an ocean or away from villages/ravines. Remove any nitwit (green shirted villagers). Your also on bedrock, correct?

A faster iron farm just requires more villagers, as for the goldfarm... Create a 20x20 portal. Then add a lava with doors to light the portal with a 0 tick observers below to increase the lighting speed. Add a water or snow powder on a dispenser to turn off the portal, this dispenser is also what you use to turn the farm on/off. This farm is expandable 5 portals 10 or 20 works just fine... Just lags alot
