@francismori7 Thank you. I also found another shortcut. You can insert an indent tab with right alignment. That way you can insert the page number, move your cursor to the left of it and hit tab twice to insert your running head.

@GrinReaper Insert a table, 2 columns, 1 row. Remove the borders, left cell is left aligned and right one is right aligned. When you insert the page number, make sure to just insert in "Current Position". Then you write the title on the left cell. I might make a video if you still need it after.

I thought the same thing. I watched this video because I can't seem to get my page number to stay on the right while placing a running head on the left. It wants to move both to one side or the other.

metalmozart999, I found a great online resource. It has a 1-page APA style overview, and about halfway down the page there is a slideshow link and also a link to a TH-cam video. There is also a sample APA paper and lots of other resources. It won't let me post the link here so just Google "Purdue OWL APA Overview and Workshop" and click on the 1st choice you see. I hope this helps!
