Hello Megan! I did find the video informative, but I have not seen any official APA7 guideline stating that the title for the table should be bold + italic. I have only found indications that the title should be italicized, but not bold. Am I wrong?

The table title is not in bold font according to APA 7th edition, refer to page 200 (table 7.1).

I have a question and unfortunately packed up my APA manual in storage, so I am resorting to TH-cam videos for help. If I only have one table in my manuscript, do I still have to title it "Table 1" or would it just be "Table"? By the way, this video has been very helpful, so I appreciate it!
