It's a nice quote but I'm not sure if it is accurate in this case. People can't be expected to protect the natural environment when what they have grown to love about the space is not the nature but destructive activities, it can be just the opposite once people have grown accustomed to be able to do these things. Not saying it is the case here but there are people where I live who love to drive off-road vehicles in all nature areas, tearing the land up and drive right through nesting habitat of endangered species. And they refuse to stop. What they want to protect is their ability to keep on driving their vehicles, nothing else matters.
@@quitlife9279 Right, but wrong. If people dont experience nature, even with said "destructive" activites then they'll never have that seed of wanting to protect and preserve it in the first place. If you truly want to protect nature and our planet then you can start by going after India, Africa, China, and South America for their terrible practices, and then start going after western corporations using private jets for useless reasons (in person meeting when you can do it online nowadays), and stop global trade / shipping practices for luxury goods / e-waste / cheap plastic toys. Doing all that is far far better at helping protect our planet, rather than removing activities that plants the seed of "Wow this is beautiful, and I want to protect it"
@@quitlife9279they have not learned to love the beauty of the nature, just their selfish & destructive behavior. To me each county should provide an off road park or trail & give harsh fines for destroying any other area.

Yes! I saw that too. It scared actually traumatized my son Landon. Several times that year my husband and I would be sleeping at night and Landon would creep into our room, twice clutching a kitchen knife we had forgotten to lock up after dinner or with a bottle of 99% isopropyl alcohol and a lighter. I am unwell & have been for the last 20+ years with acute body pain, I am constantly drawn to water, even in my dreams this is based around water mainly swimming pools for good dreams and shark dreams for my nightmares. I adore water so much that when I told my doctor I have an opportunity to live on an Island away from stress & strains but surrounded by beautiful beaches and clear waters, he immediately replied with you must absolutely go for the same of your health, I moved a fortnight later & never regret a day of it! When I was younger about 12yrs old, a group of us had gone to a huge man made pond/lake & out of no where a boy was pushed in & everybody was laughing at him, I knew the boy had serious asthma & he wasn't swimming, he was just splashing, crying help. Now as a 40yr old I'm 4,11 so can't imagine being too tall back then, but I just chucked myself as far into the pond/lake near to him as possible and I swear to God that fish with the long nose and teeth in this video? As I went under I was sure my eyes were closed but I could see that same type of fish looking directly at me! As I came to the surface and grabbed the boy took him to the bank side the cheeky begger asked me to go rescue his trainer that was bobbing about in the horrid pond water😳🤔 It took every once of courage I had to rescue his shoe knowing that I'm sure there's a fish in here with big sharp teeth ? Once I got out we all went home and my dad asked why I smelled like a car litter tray that's never been cleaned! I told him what happened and about the silly idea of a fish with teeth & my dad explained that the pond/lake I had so easily jumped in contained pike and when he showed me a picture I screamed because that was the very same fish looking directly at me when I went under. I have never and can never go into murky water because of that day. Seeing this video and how the toothy fish didn't attack or trouble you in anyway has been very enlightening. @@josephrickettsphoto there is a spot on the Delaware River up by where PA borders Narrowsburg, NY where the river is roughly 60ft deep. The water is very slow moving and the river is pretty narrow. @@Twaceprods Thank you so much! More to come for sure 🙏🏼
Just stumbled upon this and showed this to my family.. we moved to Pasco Cty last summer (out of state, military) new to the FL environment.. you are incredibly knowledgeable and deliver the knowledge just as good.. thank you for this and excited for more as I just subbed.
@@DSki-wh5hc Hey that’s awesome and welcome to the channel (and FL)! It’s always nice to see when folks that are new to anywhere are excited to learn about the natural world around them! I’ll hopefully start making videos from all over the US this next year, but there’s still plenty to come from here in FL :)
I love his voice, so calm and soothing ❤
Thanks!
@@danieltsalazar Wow, thank you Daniel! That’s so kind! Glad you enjoyed the vid :) 🤙🏼

Just stunning! Thank you
Great video for the amount of subs you have. You’re doing it right, keep it up 👍
Thanks for the video. The chorus of frogs is beauty😊❤❤❤❤
@@АннаМатвеева-п2е A great feature of the Florida night :)
Wow. The gator bit was really beautiful! The music you added really helped showcase what a magical moment that was. Been wanting to come down from Texas to Florida sometime to see a gator myself. Now I’m super motivated! 😊
Thank you! They are amazing creatures. And you guys actually do have them in Texas! But I think they are mostly concentrated in Northeast TX and definitely aren't as readily found as they are here in FL.
@@josephrickettsphotoWe do?! I’ve only ever seen them in the Fort Worth zoo! Bout to go wrestle me a gator soon > : )
@@kimchi8022 Haha I would not recommend that but you guys definitely do have them!
@@josephrickettsphotoObserving them only through glass it is then……for now. c:
I absolutely loved this video. It's definitely one of the simplest, yet most astonishingly beautiful documentaries.. Congrats!
@@LihuelCG Heh thanks so much!!

This was absolutely beautiful! Nice editing, nice music, and the narration was just perfect. This really helped calm my mood after a rough day at work. Thanks, man. New subscriber who grew up in the outdoors. Very well put together and professional film.
@@iprincemajestic2.0 Hey thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it and that it could be a positive moment after a rough day. And welcome to the channel :)
thank you algorithm! Wow! what a captivating watch. The grass was hypnotizing. Your camera work, beautiful music choice, calm delivery of information… I was glued to the screen. Thank you for taking us on ur adventure. I’m going to watch the other vids now.

My man you have captured the essence of night diving thank you for reminding me how much i love night diving, keep up the amazing work man. Love and peace ✌️
Hey thank you so much! I've really come to enjoy night diving
You captured the true expression of pure.
Great video I love Florida rivers🐳🐉
Love those sounds at the end! Gorgeous video, makes me want to visit !
Incredible video capturing the true beauty underwater. I once swam through huge bushes of Ederia Densa/Anarchis and river grass on the Delaware River up in northeastern PA. It was definitely one of the coolest things I've ever seen and your video brought me back to that moment. The quality of this video is insane and I can't wait to see what's to come, easy sub.
@@craigt6599 Hey thank you so much! So glad my vids can remind you of memories you made in totally different waterbodies! Definitely more to come and also planning to explore areas around the country so I may make it up there eventually!
@@josephrickettsphoto there is a spot on the Delaware River up by where PA borders Narrowsburg, NY where the river is roughly 60ft deep. The water is very slow moving and the river is pretty narrow. That would be an incredible spot for you to dive if you do ever end up venturing this far north. I could only imagine what you could swim up on down there. Sturgeon up this way get north of 6-7ft long.
@@craigt6599 That sounds fantastic! Will definitely keep it in mind for the future 🫡
Thanks for showing us this little paradise guys, you made my day❤
Thank you for making this video to educate and inform people about this beautiful place. I've only ever had the chance to swim in the roped off area of the spring but it was still beautiful there. It was brimming with life and tiny little fish. I even found a snail! Keep up the good work. :)
I seen the metal Christmas tree and knew right away where this was! Beautiful spring!
Agree 100% that people who learn to love nature, will tend to protect it. Subbed.
@@TF-Times Thank you 🙏🏼 and welcome to the channel!
This quality is one of the best I’ve ever seen
