Conan O'Brien is a goddamn predator of comedy. If he senses a joke or a bit, he just can't help but devour it. He wants to stop, but has to keep going back while the well is wet. One of the best senses of humor I've ever seen.
Creepy is a word that gets overused. A guy flirting with a woman his age, who's enjoying the compliments, while not expecting anything in return is not creepy.
This is what I love about Conan, instead of asking his guests question after question like most talk show hosts he improves and makes it an hilarious interaction.
Gotta admit, she is the quintessential blonde beauty. I still remember seeing her in Sports Illustrated around '97. One of the few models whose names I remember.

He'll use awkwardness targeting himself, often in compliment of the guest (as here), whereas someone like Letterman or Kimmel like to make it awkward for the guest, making them seem laughable, which I find quite bullish.
