My Peloton Bike arrived on Monday, today was 4 days in a row of early morning rides. I love it! Thank you for this great review, it pushed me to make the purchase. My company just recently added a healthy subsidy and I was able to use it to offset the cost. Thank you for the reminder, I wouldn't have thought to submit for such a large purchase.
Great review. Im usually all about cheaper alternatives but in this case I think the lack of hassle will keep me motivated to use the bike consistently.
I definitely agree with that. Peloton lovers which I am one of them. I purchased the bike in Dec and then went back for the tread this March for $5,000 in equipment and now my monthly subscription is higher -it's not making money sense. Lowering the cost of the bike and tread ok but also lower the monthly subscription to $35.00 let us all win and guess what Peloton? You will win as well. The subscription thing got me rethinking my tread. I could still return it. This is about principles and loyalty to your already subscribers. Not make them pay for your problems.
Yea the subscription is starting to get too high unfortunately. I think this is mainly due to all the recent finance projection issues they had earlier this year.

I found out after they brought my bike upstairs, built it, the my husband came and configured it and told me. Then I asked him so what if the screen breaks down who is going to fix it? So I would have had the same benefits with a $200 bike? What if I don’t want or how are you going to take it downstairs and tell them to pick it up?
Thanks for your video! Just purchased the Peloton bike finally, after using our gym’s Peleton bike and my previous Cyclops bike. I’m psyched about it!! 🎉🎉🎉
The Peloton ecosystem is pretty neat and tempting - but way overpriced to me (hardware and the monthly subscription price). I bought a Schwinn IC8 and use Apple Fitness+ for a fraction of the cost and with the perfect integration in the Apple ecosystem ;-) But finally I see why people are paying that much for Peloton. Keeping the fingers crossed that the company survives for a long time!

How is this different from paying for a gym membership? The core problem is that people are not being accountable or responsible for their lack of fitness goals and sticking to them. It does not matter the apparatus being used, it is all about committing to something like walking every day for an 1hr at a brisk pace with sensible eating habits will net you the same results and cost you little to nothing. Peloton is with the Woke side.
Time to boycott them for good. Gettind rid of all peloton in my gym franchise. Bye
You saw Dana white on theo’s podcast too, huh? I’m all against the woke shit, but you need to not be a sheep. Peloton replied and showed that their guidelines are that their ads are to be detached from any political talk, left, right, or center. And they never asked to take the episode down, just that their particular ads get moved to a different place. They also got rid of that CEO.
I’m on your side man, but we gotta be educated, not follow this drama blindly.
For 1.5k id rather bike outside lol
Peloton products are of mediocre quality and around 80% overpriced.
