Just wondering: How did you manage to disconnect the frontal track? For mine I have tried just pulling it with quite a lot of force and I am scared I will break it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
In each track there is a link connected by 2 rods, just pop out any of the rods to disconnect the track. Make sure to take notice how the rod comes out, it has to be replaced the same way the screw side goes inward). that should allow you access to the sprockets and under housing.
Isn't the top part you removed screwed to the base with screws under the wheels? i was under the impression to disassemble the tank you have to remove the tracks first thing?
From what I remember the screws shown on the video are the only ones needed to remove the top of the hull. At least that’s how it is with this model of the Heng Long Tiger 1.
The tracks are connected with 2 kind of hooks so maybe try pushing from one side into the center of the tank and then pulling. it's kind of hard to explain how to pull them off but maybe try looking more closely to the hooks in the video and maybe you can get an idea on how to pull them out. My front track decoration will not come off. Does it go down, up, or forward?

My tiger two teeth slip of the track in reverse and I can’t fix it
