Your bars are only amplifying an existing issue. Does the wobble reduce when applying front brake? You wont see an out of balance defective tire by just lifting the front up and spinning the wheel. I had a defective tire that would balance on the machine fine but wobbled at 65. If the wobble changes with speed, it is most likely the tire.
@@Roaddog420 nope it’s only at 45-50 mph it is the weight of the handlebars compared to the stock ones these are much lighter bought weights to screw in and the problem has gone away

Put weights on the ends of the bars check head bearings check spoke make sure rear tire is square with the frame
