5th on the tally ,not 3rd, you count all medals, or they are saying silver and bronze don't matter.

WRONG Each medal rank is proportionally WEIGHTED! Total medals count does not make sense as that ignores the ranks. Learn some math.

If you’re going to “correct” a medal tally system (that every news source in the world is showing), it generally helps to have at least a basic knowledge of how said system works first.
