I used to stay at the St Regis all the time. And I was at Paragon every day! What a great area.

    Fantastic video and presentation.
That’s going to be an amazing addition to BKK. The loft unit is just incredible.

Great presentation! You really know to how to sell them. The common areas are impressive, units are small and "flow" well, but why do all builders think that people don't have clothes? I think the last time I had such little closet space was when I was in college living in a dorm room. But seriously, this seems to be a common issue with most new construction that I've seen and not realistic for the majority of people. The end result is that you have a unit that looks cluttered, because you don't have enough space for all of your things. Kind of ruins the whole open space and high ceiling concept. The building seems to lack enough parking spaces for the number of units, don't know if this ratio is common. Overall, you have nice looking units, great looking building, but units have a small problem that most likely be a big problem for most people.

      Thanks, David.
Please allow us to elaborate on your argument. In Thailand, locals bought a condominium as their second home where they will stay during weekdays. They will require less space for their belongings as they go home on the weekend. That's why there is less storage/closet space but bigger living areas in most developments. The trend is gradually changing though.
For the car park, the ratio is common here. Since the building is located close to mass transit, most residents will take BTS as their main commute. Still, this could change in the future as land prices have been increasing. Future developments near mass transit may have even less car parking. :')

Very beautiful. But 880 units that's too much and it shows in the lack of space. The apartments are too small.

Yes, new developments in the central of Bangkok trend to have more units than previous projects due to the cost of land prices. The Address Siam - Ratchathewi actually comes with comparable bigger sizes than other ones in the vicinity.

@@locanation183 I am looking for a place to buy in Bangkok for some time. I'm surprised you are stating a price in dollars and not baht. Also 218. 000 dollars for a studio on a lower floor (probably right next to the garbage room as well haha) is too much and I guess a more fair price would be around 140.000 or 5 mill Baht

@@ue7483 especially now with tourism being decimated. they inflate the prices by a factor of 2 atleast so ur price is more in the range even that is on the expensive side. 110k would be my higest in this
