Yes, it always was fun years ago to receive beautiful Christmas cards and letters from our friends and family that we love to keep in touch with, even if it is only once a year. In recent years, too many are just sending out postcards of themselves and kids in photos--which is okay, but there's no handwriting on them that personalizes it. It's only the older generation that are still trying to send cards. I understand the work and expense now though. Our best to you for a blessed Christmas and New Year. Sincerely, Peg & Norm

Hi! I stumbled upon your channel looking for Christmas Tour videos. What a breath of fresh air your decorations are. I was born in 1956 and remember growing up with some of these exact decorations. It was so enjoyable watching you describe them and it prompted me to reminisce about my childhood and my grandparents and parents. Such a lovely departure from all the same decorations that everybody is buying nowadays from Target, Walmart, Michael's and Hobby Lobby. While those homes are lovely and festive, they all look the same after a while. Have a wonderful, healthy Christmas and New Years! A Fellow Baby Boomer.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this video. Your living room looks amazing. The outside display is such a delight. I can't wait to see the rest. I found my first set of candle huggers last week. I just stumbled across this video and thought it would be fun to watch while baking cookies and Christmas goodies. I collect all sorts of midcentury, 20 minutes in I am loving your collection so far. This year we did not put up an alluminum tree (rotating base, and color wheel) since my 4 year old got a kitten. I kept more of my delicate and loved pieces away and bought a cheapo silver tree online, it was the right choice🤣 thank you for showing your collection and I hope you and your loved ones have a happy healthy holiday season.❄♥️

Your house is lovely and is very much like What I’d like mine to look like. Are your green horses Hagear ? I love them and all your milk glass too. Fenton would be my next favorite and my Art glass. You can definitely tell both the collecting and decorationg are a labor of love for you. BTW when I go to Family Pathways and come out empty handed, I tell myself "Peggy and Norm must have just been here." 🙃
I also love the splatter glaze pottery. As a matter of fact, I found a splatter glaze maple leaf at Family Pathways this fall. Must have beat you there for once 😉😉
