I do want to mention that in addition to being walkable and bikeable, Como is pretty busable. You can take the 3A (every ~half-hour) right down to Falcon Heights and enjoy Nelson's Cheese Deli, you can take it a little further down to St. Anthony Park and basically enjoy the little downtown they have there, and if you want, you can even take it into the cities! Plus it has access to the Roseville commercial district, which has the HarMar AND the Rosedale Mall, through either the 65 (which might take a bit of a walk and doesn't come super consistently) and the 3A->A-line transfer (which has recently upped their service to every 10 minutes!). The only downside is that our version of the commercial district, which is Dale Street, is pretty run-down, and not particularly pleasant to spend time in as a pedestrian or cyclist.

The split between Como and Falcon Heights is really just Hamline Avenue, Snelling and Hoyt. The two neighborhoods are deeply intertwined, and I would say we even have a link with St. Anthony Park, as that's where a lot of my classmates lived.

We're also pretty close to the Roseville-Little Canada-Maplewood area but to a far lesser extent.

I LOVED the Como Park area! I went to COmo Park Sr. High from 95-98 and I can confirm it is, or at least back then, was a very diverse school. The area itself is LOVELY to walk around, I remember many times walking home from school because it was a nice stroll to take and the park was nice to go to for doing my homework/reading/hanging with friends. TBH, I wish I could live in the Como area, that, Roseville & Maplewood were my favorite areas to be.

Hi Jesse. Can you do a video on the Hameline-Midway area and Union Park. Interested in the new apartment building near the Allianz Field.
