Gen Dick has patient charisma as a former Catholic Seminarian to a General. His condict show patient and gratitude in the situation he took charge of. I am watching from PNG and took pride to see this ex seminarian showed great caution in his duties. I am an ex Catholic seminarian myself and i am blessed to see Our Lord Jesus can use us to lead in any situation where possible to help others.

This reminds me of Maj Gen Levi Kaluhanga, the first AMISOM Commander. Proud to be part of the planning team for the initial UPDF deployment.
