Fingerprint can be solved by registering same finger twice. Battery charing is hardware cap, cannot be solved. UPI problem looks like not a phone issue.

I just changed the theme to another available option & I was able to get the orange accents everywhere.

That's an Amoled characteristic. That's not an issue. Not to worry if the display is fine in other conditions

You need to keep finger on the scanner for a fraction of a second with slight pressure for it to recognise. It's a slow scanner.
