Hey, I have two questions.
Q1: 6:26 For the book cover, shall I make the book cover inside black margin and keep the outer pink line empty like white colour or so? Cz the black line where it will be cut for the final print right.
So, that means I can add text, colour or graphics inside black line, I mean on top of the INNER pink line. Will it be a problem if I do that?
Q2: Also for the spine part, shall I keep my object within the dashed line or just inside white line part?
These are the questions that have been bothering me for some time, Newbie KDP publisher problem... haha.
Clearifying these questions will help me a lot.

For designing interior bleed pages 6*9 for example should I enter 6*9 Or 6.125*9.25

6.125 x 9.25 = with bleed

This video is GREAT! I have already published a few books but keep running into problems. Are some of the cover templates different? I am wondering if that is my problem? After watching your video? Normally if I am using a print that extends the bleed it gets approved but recently when I try to upload a hardcover it keeps getting rejected? Not sure what I am doing differently.
Hey Sarah, the cover templates are different for paperback and hardcover books-you can generate both in the exact sizes you need with Amazon’s Cover Calculator. Hope this helps!

Look for any possible errors on your upload on the left hand side of the Print Previewer
For those sizes with bleed, do you enter them in Canva? For example when custom sizing, do you enter 8.625 x 11.25? Also do you check the crop marks and bleed box when downloading? Thanks.
Yes, I do enter custom sizing and I don’t use the bleed box

So word searches books are no bleed?
no type of book is one or the other! you can create word searches with or without bleed in Bookbolt, for example
Please in one of your videos I watched, you uploaded the no bleed but didn't Upload the bleed, can we upload both differently or once we upload the bleed... We can't upload the no bleed
just choose bleed OR no bleed
