Electrical Switchgear LT Panel:
LT Panel is an electrical distribution board that receives power from generator or transformer and distributes the same to various electronic devices and distribution boards. Such panels are used in industries both for internal and external use and, therefore, they are quite rugged to withstand different climatic conditions. Our LT panels are designed to work with low electricity consumption that makes them cost effective.
Three-phase electric power is a common method of alternating current electric power generation, transmission, and distribution.
An interlock is a feature that makes the state of two mechanisms or functions mutually dependent. It may be used to prevent undesired states in a finite-state machine, and may consist of any electrical, electronic, or mechanical devices or systems
Many people use generators to supplement power to a home or business in the event that main (municipal) power has gone offline. In order to safely transfer the power source from a generator (and back to main), a safety interlock is often employed. The interlock consists of one or more switches that prevent both main power and generator power from powering the dwelling simultaneously. Without this safeguard, both power sources running at once could cause an overload condition, or generator power back-feed onto the main could cause dangerous voltage to reach a lineman repairing the main feed far outside the building. An interlock device is designed to allow a generator to provide backup power in such a way that it (a) prevents main and generator power to be connected at the same time, and (b) allows circuit breakers to operate normally without interference in the event of any overload condition. Most interlock devices for electrical systems employ a mechanical device to manage movement of circuit breakers. Some also allow for the use of padlocks to prevent someone from accidentally activating the main power system without authorization

1)Kindly show us the interlock system and how it is working?
2)Show us the capacitor bank panel for power factor improvement and what's inside the panel.
3)Kindly explain about the generator KVA rating which is connected with the system, either these generators are connected through interlock system in parallel?
4)Transformer rating value ?
5)Total load connected with the output of the panel how much ?
6)How to apply earth on the transformer side panel to disconnect the outgoing side whenever need maintenance
7)Can you design PLC system which you shown ? And if yes so how to design, make a detail video on it.

What are the two panels after DG2 Incomer? What are the two panels before the Transformer Incomer? Also was that an APFC Panel i.e. Power Factor?

2 panels before & after are for the outgoings, cables from these panels go to loads
APFC (automatic power factor correction), this panel has capacitor banks for power factor correction, according to the power factor if this panel is switched on then the power factor will be corrected to the best value that is 1
