Key Points from IEC 60446:
Neutral Conductor:
Color: Light Blue
Use: This color is exclusively reserved for the neutral conductor.
Protective Earth (PE) Conductor:
Color: Green-Yellow Stripes
Use: This is used for protective earth or ground conductors.
Line or Phase Conductors:
Color Options:
Brown
Black
Grey
Use: These colors are used for live or phase conductors in AC systems.
Three-Phase System:
L1 (Phase 1): Brown
L2 (Phase 2): Black
L3 (Phase 3): Grey
DC Systems:
Positive: Brown or Red
Negative: Blue
Mid-point or neutral conductor: Light Blue

APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) panel me PF (Power Factor) aur energy meter ke PF me farq hone ka sabab ye ho sakta hai:
Measurement Point ka Difference: APFC panel aur energy meter ka location alag-alag hota hai. APFC panel mein jo PF measure hota hai wo generally APFC ke panel ke output par hota hai, jabki energy meter system ka overall PF show karta hai jo puri system ke load ko consider karta hai.
CT (Current Transformer) ya PT (Potential Transformer) ka Issue: APFC panel aur energy meter mein CT/PT ka connection sahi na ho to bhi PF reading mein farq aa sakta hai. CT ke connection ya calibration mein issue hone par APFC panel ki PF reading galat aa sakti hai.
APFC Panel ka Calibration Issue: Kabhi-kabhi APFC panel properly calibrated nahi hota ya uske sensors accurately work nahi karte, is wajah se bhi PF reading inaccurate ho sakti hai. APFC panels ko time-to-time calibrate karna chahiye.
Reactive Power Compensation ka Lag: APFC panel jab load ko reactive power supply karta hai to wo instantaneously nahi hota, usmein kuch time lag hota hai. Agar load bar-bar change ho raha ho, to APFC panel current PF ke hisab se update nahi ho paata.
Load ka Nature: Kaafi loads dynamic (lagatar badalte) hote hain, jo PF ko effect karte hain. APFC panel apna kaam kar raha ho, lekin load continuously change ho raha ho, to energy meter aur APFC panel ki PF readings mein difference aa sakta hai.
Is issue ko troubleshoot karne ke liye:
APFC panel aur energy meter ki CT/PT connections ko check karein.
APFC panel ko recalibrate karein agar zaroori ho.
Agar koi faulty capacitor banks ya components ho, to unhe replace karein.
Ye steps follow karne ke baad bhi agar issue solve nahi hota, to expert technician ya panel manufacturer se consult karna sahi rahega.
