- We are back at @ATELIERPlayaMujeres ! Our first stay was in 2021, and now we are back in July 2023 for 5 nights. We dined at Suspiro for lunch, swam in the main pool, had drinks at La Cantina, and had dinner at Mercado 19.

PS: of all the reviewers of hotels in Mexico, yours are the only ones weve found to be informative and not just an "influencer sales video" - keep up the good work.
Marquesitas traditionally have cheese on them when you get them as street food. Well you can decide if you want cheese on them or not but its pretty standard to have cheese in or on a marquesita
I’ve never been given cheese before in any marquesitas, so imagine my surprise!

How are the blow dryers in the room?! Usually they are too weak and slow and I bring my own… what’s your thought?

We just went and although the property is beautiful, the drinks were an absolute abomination for the price you pay.

My husband and I cancelled our “fancier” reservations for 3 days in a row to go eat at Mercado 19. We prefer Mexican food over anything else 😂 so delicious!

Im only on part 1 of the atelier videos but im wondering if theres a spa for massages and if so , is it part of the all inclusive? If not, do you know the cost? Did you get any spa services?

I see you are tipping. In what currency should you tip and how much? Do you tip at the beginning of the day or continually throughtout? Who doyoutip? We are British so tipping is not a common thing here so we would hate to tip incorrectly

Your videos are super helpful! We went to Majestic Elegance in Costa Mujeres last May. I watched your videos over and over to try to learn everything that I could before we went. It was our first time to Mexico for an all inclusive and not a cruise. From the pack your coffee creamer trick to it’s okay to ask for baileys for your coffee on vacation to go for the hydrotherapy and pack a pool float! You showed me so many pro tips that made our trip so amazing! So thank you!❤

I definitely would have been skeptical about the cheese on the marquesita. And I'm a cheese lover, but I like my cheese in savory snacks, fundido, etc. Love that you tried it though!
It did not taste bad, but I would have ordered it without cheese had I known! I also love cheese, but not with my dessert 🙃
Kalido is def our fave transfer service. Liam Dodd kills it.

Great video! I saw your last experience at Atelier and then decided to come at the end of March, The first night experience was terrific, but the resort was on fire on the second night. My girlfriend and I had to sleep next to the pool the whole night, and haven't received any compensation until now.
That’s disappointing to hear! I also had clients displaced but they have been taken care of and also received return vouchers.

It’s changed and is not the same as it was. I recommend chatting with your travel agent to see which is best for you. Just because it’s not my pick doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be yours 🙂
