I am a packing expert and never thought about those little fancy lunchables! Great idea❤ Mexico always does a great job with immigration IMO. We have never waited over half hr.
The longest I’ve ever wait at CUN was 2.5 hours. It was brutal. The line started UPSTAIRS. Typically 20-30 minutes is my average. The lunchables are my favorite plane snack. People always think they can buy them from the flight attendant when they see me eating them 🙃
Yes. But I do like Majestic a lot for the price. I’m planning to be back at Majestic for a few nights in August, but Atelier is worth the cost. (Inspira is not necessary)

Hello, if we reserve in Estudio, do we have access to the adults areas (pools, bars, restaurants) in the Atelier? The Atelier is sold out for the dates we want. Only Estudio rooms are available for our dates.

I understand you do not get premium liquor or liquor at all for that matter in your room but can you order a drink with premium liquor like Patron tequila, Gray goose …. I’m really hoping you can order top shelf liquor for your drinks at the bars or restaurants . That’s the only game changer for me I want to go to this resort so bad . I will not be doing the inspira tho so that’s what worries me and I need to find out. I’m waiting on a email back from the resort at this time. Thanks for any help in advance
The bars have top shelf liquor. I drank Don Julio all week. If you need a bottle of liquor for your room, I suggest stopping at duty free before you leave the airport 🙂
Are you Inspira members? because, I read somewhere that only Inspira members could make reservations to the restaurants and were given priority? is it true?
If you watch the remaining days, I go into more detail! It’s for Inspira guests during the day, and open to all in the evenings after 5/6pm. Beautiful spot to get a drink before or after dinner 🥂

How did you schedule the ride to the resort? Was the shuttle just for your party or with other groups?
I always book private. Have your travel agent schedule your transfer.

I usually use Kalido Travel. Double check with your travel agent, a private transfer may already be included in your package.

They have recently moved to a reservation system. You book on a kiosk when you arrive. If you’re INSPIRA level, you can reach out to book in advance.

Do you mean for excursions? No, but I’d take a taxi if I was. The bellboy can call one for you if you want to go out.
