You should really should try opening two hands when the dealer is consistently winning. Or start that with two spots, and fall back to one spot if that isn’t working.

How about if you’re losing consecutively, then you parlay opposite w your bets? Then you’ll have more hands to play and maybe catch a winning streak? You are positive which is great, but you don’t have patience.
