Tipping the dealers are just like at a normal casino . I played for 3 hours this day and filmed a bunch of videos. I tipped her later that evening while I played off camera.

I've hit straght flushes in 3 card on first hand 3 times. IN FACT: first time I ever played the game i got q j 10 of clubs didnt even know what happened.
Also i think that since you lose the first hand everytime you should just play minimum on every 1st hand going forward and then take the difference and add it to the 2nd normal betting hand
He knew he was getting paid on the trips spot if he played. I don’t want to go back to check the bet amounts but I think it was something like pay 25 to guarantee a 45 dollar payment on the trips with a small chance of winning everything, it made sense to play (since the dealer required the complete for some reason)
i would absolutely talk to one of the managers there. the trips is its own bet win or lose and that is false that you have to complete the hand to win it. i play this everyday!!
They just stole 25 from you, nobody makes you put a bet down to collect the trips if you fold & put your cards under the trips bet, you get that amount. He took an extra 25 from you. It's not the money, it's the fact they did it wrong, so annoying !

I got into the same issue at Cache Creek. I always thought Trips was a separate bet from the Ante/Play.

That is a crock that you have to complete the hand to get the trips. That is a side bet. Same as 6 card bonus on 3 card poker.

Ship casinos always have some crazy rule to give them a bigger edge.
The legitimate casinos would never require you to play in order to win a trips bet. The bet is designed to be separate from the main bet.
