  • For max reps in 4 Rounds:
    1 minute of Snatch (135 but scaled to 115)
    1 minute of Row (for calories)
    1 minute of dumbbell box step ups (2x50lbs, 20in)
    1 minute rest
    Scores per round:
    1: 10/22/13=45
    2:9/22/12=43
    3:9/21/12=42
    4:8/21/12=41
    Total:171
    This was not made me for me but loved the idea and design on this workout. Definitely a big man/power output workout with the row being the most important part (the part a majority of people will get their highest score on) and the box step ups coming in second. Speaking of box step ups, definitely need to make sure I look up to get full credit for the rep in the future. I was opening the hips but shoulders were shrugged forward so it doesn’t look very clean. Goal was to get 10ish snatches each time (which I scaled to 115). Stop about 10 seconds before the minute to start the rower immediately. I sold out on the row and got a few more cals each time than expected (wanted 20) but it definitely hurt the step ups and the grip (wanted 14 per round). Overall pretty happy with the effort. Give this one a go!
