    Finally someone who mentions weight of accessories effecting the car! Thank you!

    Great video mate...
    Just recently ordered my LC300 delivery December 2022 🙏
    Just a point...just trying to understand the vehicles capabilities while in the drivers seat
    I would think only less than 20% of customers would understand the capabilities..
    Really need a dedicated TH-cam channel showing it...

    Nice! WHat's the Kenwood model if I might ask

    Solid Video, few questions from a 2009 US Owner
    Does the Kenwood head unit also handle the climate controls? On a 2009 those are integrated into the head unit.
    Does your snorkel install also include the diff? The ARB kit has 5 different hoses for their safari kit.
    What are you using for a hitch stabilizer? LC200 has a weird hitch that most hitch stabilizers do not work well with

      Hi Matt,
      No, the Kenwood doesn't handle climate controls.
      The snorkel is air intake only, we didn't modify the diff breathers.
      Generally we don't use a weight distribution hitch but if we do it's a Hayman Reese unit.
      Hope that helps!

    Hey bro great build just a question, is that a bracket fixing your uhf magnetic handset on? I have double sided tape that keeps melting in the heat😢

    How has the build worked out after 2 years? Suspension? How are those UCA"s? Anything you would change? How's it tow?

    Hey mate love the look of your 200
    I’m about to update my headunit on my lc200 GXL. What was the kenwood model you put in ?

    The offroad animal toro bar is 74kgs is it not? What bars were you using previously that were 30kgs heavier?

    Did the kenwood integrate with all the factory settings like for the air con?

    which version of the 200 is this? GX? .. I'm trying to figure out a way to do the Kenwood radio in my truck which of course in the USA is a bit difficult
    I need to replace the entire radio bezel (and keep the switches like you have here)

    Any feedback on your experience with the Toro bar?

    • @CRUISEMASTERCOUNTRY
      @CRUISEMASTERCOUNTRY  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It was a smooth install. Sits close to the body and lights but enough clearance that it didnt cause any issues on corrugations. If you opt for the inbuilt light bar its likely ok for around town but doesnt offer too much when remote. We have given the carbon winch a good work out and the mounting in the bar stood up to the load well. With the incredible weight saving compared to others we would definately recommend. Only question mark is how it handles an animal strike and we are in no rush to test that one out first hand!

    I'm beginning to like those toro bars and I do agree with your approach on "lean and mean". Got a LC200 myself and will fit it out for touring in the not so distant future. Are you guys doing a complete fit out. Do you have a branch in NSW. Thanks mate and well done!

      Unfortunately we've only got our Brisbane-based Towing Performance Centre at this stage! Could always look at taking a trip up to sunny Queensland to leave the car with us and have some work done. Alternatively, all the brands we use have a good network of fitters around the place, unfortunately this just means you don't get the full Towing Performance Centre experience!

    What's the cargo carrier?

    • @CRUISEMASTERCOUNTRY
      @CRUISEMASTERCOUNTRY  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Its a Kaon pet barrier with barrier shelf, their gear is awesome. We preferred the option of the "half" barrier to maintain access and flexibility to fold seats to fit bikes etc. We dont plan to carry anything too heavy in the back that wont be secured seperately like the fridge so didnt require a full reinforced barrier.

    FYI it would be nice if there was more than 2 minutes of views of the actual truck and components/build instead of the almost 30min of watching some guy explain what you did.

    This is the dumbest vehicle showcase I’ve ever seen.
    Obviously don’t do a lot of remote work if draws and rear wheel carriers are too much effort. Plus heaps more junk.
    This is a fancy soccer mum car, nothing else.
