Skylanders' Platinum Trophy was NOSTALGIC

- I went for the platinum trophy in Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure, with a total of 38 trophies. It had me playing through its story, to gathering collectibles and surprisingly a very difficult trophy hidden at the very end of the game.

Yes I play the first one, the second one and the third one on the wii with my brother when I was 8 years old
Skylanders imaginators was my first plat and I have a massive collection with some rare figures, thanks for playing it

I just started playing through all of these games last week. This was the first time I played Spyro's Adventure and I think it aged pretty well.

This was the first game I played in the console in Xbox 360 and it was such fun
im hoping the resergence of skylanders give us at least a collection
The nostalgia, I remember the Wii version was harder specially the final boss because he heals and the undead dragon his nightmare at that time I only had 3 skylanders. Also amazing video hope you do for the series (Giants and Swap Force).

I literally just platinumed both spyros adventure and giants this last month. I thought it was gonna be nostalgic but I honestly forgot almost all the levels. It’s funny for me though that you found the final Chaos trophy the hardest while I think I struggled on the no hit laser and lava trophies for about an hour each 😅
I have 100% all of these games at least 2 times and please platinum all of them. Also glad there was no misinformation specific to this game in the video so great job.
My childhood is screaming at me! Even now, I’m still collecting and I have no shame in that :)

I have most of the Skylanders figures, I want to get all of them, I've been hunting for years, amazing seeing someone play my childhood favorite
For people still interested in skylanders watch youtubers like boombringer tons of people still talk about and play the games both old and new
Some advice for anyone else trying to do this
If you can, play on the Wii. The cutscenes are actually skipable on the Wii. XPEC didn’t have enough time to port the game to the other consoles before it came out.
Also, I easily beat Kaos in one go with Ignitor. He is really good in SSA.

Alright, now you have to platinum Skylanders gaints as well. You cant just platinum the first game.
I'll have to Platinum them all at this rate! However, I think one of them is unobtainable

i wonder if people even bother to get the 99% then, or just skip Swap force entirely

Just even watching this video made it nostalgic for me (even I played it on the Wii), I was really happy to see it, still sad that Skylanders ended also that it kinda ended weird with Imaginators but this is just my opinion, would still play every game
Also even after years of the games release and the even that the series ended I was still buying every Skylander, so I have at least the 4 extra levels + 32 Skylanders from the first game, but interesting to see, that you don't need other Skylanders than the 3 starters to get all thropys

Great video dude! Can you tell me what do you use to capture the gameplay while you hear the game audio through the headset?
Elgato HD60S and OBS Studio, if I recall set up an audio input capture for it then audio monitoring to monitor and output
@@findtheshiny thank you for the reply! So do you hear the audio coming through the laptop through OBS or do you have headphones connected to the console ( ps5 as an example ) and a capture that captures the audio while you're listening to it through another device?

I did this one last week too, unfortunately the swap force platinum is not possible anymore, and the game is also around €100. Im still going to do giants next tho

My destroy rocks in molekin mine is bugged and no matter how many time I do it I cannot get it the trophy, but when I did it on Xbox 360 I did get the achievement
