Some opinions are worth more than others. I can relate to this comment :-)
I own 5 of the GF lenses, the 32-64 being one , you stated that you like to shoot between 45-63 on the 45-100, so what is different if you are using the same range on both lenses. I just ordered the micro tube (18MM) and a pro master micro rail, I used to shoot a lot of micro images and the rail is perfect for that fine tuning focus. Also ordered the Canon off camera flash cord for use on the Fuji flash. I have the 45 mm and I agree. LOVE the GFX100.
well a 35 to 80 EQUIV is generally a LOT MORE useful, which is true here too
With the 16g extension tube, there’s no focus to infinity, so if you need to do the inbody focus stack, its impossible, only manually micro moving the body forward. Which isnt ideal. Am i wrong ?
How would you compare the 45-100 plus macro tube to the 100-200 plus macro tube?
not even close
55mm 1.7, check back in
You're awesome sir.
You rock!
Makes me want to get into cameras and photography... sadly, the cameras i use , well used to, had a rotating rplacable cube bulb on the top.........
Ken, if it wasn't for your love of macro/extension tubes, would you still be as enthused about the GF 45-100 f4 ? Its utility comes down to what a person would use the lens/focal range for ; for example, I don't do macro photography, and for my landscape/travel work there's too much overlap with the GF 32-64mm f4. I just don't find that gap between 65mm and 100mm all that useful. I commonly shoot beyond 100mm and I find the GF 100-200mm an excellent lens for my purposes. Now, please note, I'm not saying the GF 45-100mm f4 is a bad lens ( it's the only GF lens I haven't had hands on use with ) but it seems quite a niche product from my perspective.
His entire video just explained why it was the most useful of all the lenses 😯
Your favorite lens of all times remains.......
i dunno, 105mm f2 or 105mm 1.8 AIS
@@KenTheoriaApophasis nikon or fuji
@@alexandergomes3317 Both 105mm f/2 DC & 105mm f/1.8 AIS are Nikkors
Very Important Question: if I power my cell phone OFF, can my location still be triangulated? Many thanks for your answer, Ken. lee
Damn right it can...only removing battery from phone like in older units can stop that 😯
@@chrisvig123 I was afraid of that... So, when I power my phone down, while driving, I can still be tracked… should have assumed so in the first place, I guess. Crap… that’s frustrating. You can’t escape the bad guys, can ya.... 😂. Thanks. 🤗 (guess it’s time to start leaving home, without the phone.🧐!🤣)
Ehy fuji doesn't make gf20-200mm?
