    Thank you Get Factual, wonderful videos on the story of Europe. I applaud Christopher Clark knowledge as a historian, amazing narration, too. Much appreciated, indeed.

    So much effort invested in creating the essay and video and yet the words spoken in languages other than English do not have translations???? How can that be?

    Hello Professor. I really enjoyed your presentation. I do have one question. What was the reason the reformation didn't spread into Italy? Thanks.

    The Beatles were the Shakespeares of the modern age? I love the Beatles, but that seems a bit much.

      Morrisey is the modern Shakespeare

      Ridiculous. Music is a genre of entertainment and has exposed roots of drugs, murder and violence. Which need more exposure. The implied is now over “played.” I agree. “…a bit much…”

    If you will notice , the southern areas of any country ( or continent ) have never been industrial. Hence , Rolls Royces are not produced in Africa. In the U.S. Civil War , the industrial North was able to win over the Southern states.

    Even in Italy , the grand Italian cars are built in the North of Italy. Not the south .

    ….Oh….you DID go there : The “necessity” of immigration-including Muslims…..”Fully integrated, you say?”….How can a new citizen be considered “integrated” when his allegiance to his faith will ALWAYS supercede that of his new country ?

      I agree with you. They live repressive lives and want force it upon us. We are supposed to respect their religion , but they dont respect our freedoms.

      Wow. You're really insecure aren't you? Immigration is necessary for GDP growth in modern democracies. Because unless westerners suddenly jumpstart their birthrate, they need the immigrants to experience growth.
      What the hell is your problem with Muslims?

    1:10 ~It takes a Yankee ear to hear the intrusive ‘R’. Both “saga” & “of” LACK an ‘R’, correct? Then “I want to share the grand ‘saga’R’-of’ this…” is really odd to Americans. Why can’t Brits🇬🇧 (or Aussies🇦🇺that wish to be Brits) say TWO VOWEL SOUNDS BACK-TO-BACK ? & Without ADDING AN ‘R’ ? 😂 🇺🇸USA!USA!

      It’s our language and we say it how it should be said. Americans are so literal 😂 and think they are saying our words correct haha you’d be speaking French if it wasn’t for us

    • @JasonJiles-ib9wt
      @JasonJiles-ib9wt 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@karlpriestley1131 Actually, you’d be speaking German if it weren’t for us but never mind that. OK listen: when there are two vowels sounds back to back, people from the UK put an “r” sound in it, where there is no “r”. for example they wouldn’t say “America is” they would say “Ameri-ker-is”! How have you never noticed that?
